So this review is something that I understand myself but have never had happen to me with others. I was in this Walmart buying a bottle of wine. When I went to go checkout as expected I was ID. However the cashier proceeded to ask the person I was with for an ID. I questioned it as I have never heard of the person ( not buying the alcoholic beverage) having to present ID. I had to get my boyfriend and his brother who are over 21 to come over and buy the bottle . I can understand protecting underage children however I have never heard of this rule that others have to present ID who are simply with you who aren't even purchasing the bottle to show ID. The way the cashier handled this situation was terrible. I never want to complain however if that is the case then i think it would only be fair to add a sign next to the ID warning. I have shopped with my bf before and bought numerous alcoholic beverages and have never had been ID before for just standing next to him.

There was a line of over 15 plus people just to exit after paying for their goods. This is very common in stores with high incidents of theft and petty crimes. Not a safe place to shop, especially not a place to park far from crowds or on isolated spots.

Sent me to the wrong place lace thinking I was as ignorant as she was but no I'm not !! All the business Walmart has had yet no one to help you Then to wait for over 2 hrs in a short line !! I won't go back and it's NOT EVEN JUST THIS ONE IN WOB I HAVENT FOUND A DECENT INE UP HERE YET ! Don't bother calling either at any time as they Choose Not to answer their phones at all ! That says a lot , to much and the corporate office does not care as long as money go in they do not care at all . "Hey, you know that thing you ordered and counted on us having for you next day, which shouldn't have been a problem, because we HAD IT IN STOCK? Yeah, we canceled that on you. Left you high and dry. Too bad. Try Target or Amazon instead."

Honestly I got to say this is one of the worst Walmart I ever done to the associates are very rude don't try to help the customer at all whether you're inside or outside you're inside and you'll stay right there are clearly while they see you waiting on them and you act they will make you wait for over 30 minutes and outside when you called him he seems like no one Knows how to pick up a phone you can be called in for hours and they'll never pick up me personally I stayed on the phone and kept calling and calling and calling for over two hours and that didn't happen in one day and having multiple time did you have don't know how to pick up a phone if you can't deliver service inside or outside just don't be there at all

This is Walmart's "health ambassador" that straight up lies about their mask policy and wouldn't even give me his name. He lies that there are no exceptions to the mask policy and treats me like he is above the law, yet is scared to give me his name. Walmart, you have a wanna-be cop in a Nirvana shirt harassing customers. What are you going to do? Already called Walmart corporate and said he was Lying and I filed a complaint. Unacceptable!!!

This is probably one of the worst Walmart's in history!!! So waiting on a pick up and the lady at the counter says "you should have said something earlier so stand to the side".. so after 20mins some calls on the radio has anyone picked it that call yet... I can't hear them... this place is a getto joke

Awful service and very rude management and employees. Went last night and waited in line in Electronics for 15 minutes before help even arrived. When help did arrive, the manager who was a red-headed woman, was incredibly rude and hostile, and refused to look for product that the Walmart app said was in stock for myself and 5 other customers in the store. Other employees were also rude, short, and refused to help in any way without showing even a sense of compassion. Would never recommend this place, much better Walmart locations elsewhere.

Worst experience of my life horrible employees. Very rude attitudes even when you try to help them. They do not price match their shown signs. I went there and a sign showed some thing and the price that it showed it was completely different refuse to match the price shown. Every employee would ignore me when I would ask them to help me. Would laugh in my face. Cursing and swearing at me. Both managers Britney and Durrant we're rude and unresponsive to my questions and refuse to help me. They told me it is what it is That Walmart is not as good as Publix. I am hoping to speak with corporate about the store and its employees and managers and overall functioning of the store including cleanliness. Not anywhere near what it should be during this pandemic for being clean please avoid going to this Walmart if you can it is toxic

Worst location I've ever been to! Very unprofessional and rude. Came to pick up groceries, and the phone number on the sign goes to voicemail and states "voicemail full." Nothing says we value your business like ignoring your customer.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT: I went to the only cashier with a long line. I was waiting patiently until an elderly couple arrived at the line. I began to look around to see if another register would open soon. Instead, I saw employees walking around organizing the store, chitchatting while the line of paying customers became frustrated. I asked to speak to a manger. Another 5 min passed and I was told the manager had left for the day. I saw an assistant manager by the name of Victor and I asked him to open another cashier line. He hastily informed me me that there were plenty of self check out, As if i hadn't seen them! I said I didn't want to use self check out and that there needed to be additional cashiers for those of us who didn't want to use it. He went on to explain that there are helpers at self check out. One of the cashiers, by the name of Janet, came and whispered something to him, and continued to organize her lane. Another impatient customer asked if she she was going to open and said in a minute and continued to organize her area. There are elderly people, people with special needs, people who don't speak the language, tourists, possibly. No store manager was available and rude, unprofessional assistant managers who lack leadership skills. The cashier, too, needs customers service training. Should I expect anything better at Walmart?

This location sucks and the staff member who was at the door was just down-right rude. It isn't a 24-hr location and the man was like "there is twenty minutes left, this store isn't 24 hours." Already a bad start, it made shopping just a horrible experience. Overall, if you have the choice, go to another location or store. As the famous Randy Jackson from American Idol once said "It's a no from me, dawg."
