What I asked for vs what I got š„°
About 2/3 weeks ago I got my nails done for my birthday, needless to say they popped off the next week. I wanted someone to redo them and hopefully they wonāt pop off š¤š¾ā¦ I showed Color Nails a pic and they did not disappointā¦.

i hate it here, i hate my nails, and the customer service is horrible. i will not be back. donāt come here, i literally showed a picture and didnāt get what i asked for at all theyāre so ugly. my nails are simple and short yet this is the most iāve ever paid for my nails. even the shape is not what i wanted even though i specifically said what shape i wanted. itās actually embarrassing.

Iāve been visiting Color Nails for a few years now.I always go to Kevin who does such a perfect job ā„ļø my nails are crisp and clean when I leave. Prices are always reasonable. Might wait a while if I donāt set an appointment but I donāt mind the wait when I have a great nail tech!

Was serviced within 10 minutes as a walk in. Artist did a very nice job. finished within 20 mins. only 30$

Have tried to go here twice and each time had to leave without getting my nails done. The first time I got there and they had me waiting for 45 minutes which I understand it gets busy sometimes but I asked them how long it would take and they kept saying 10 minutes. I didnāt even notice how many ā10 minutesā had passed until I looked at the time so I had to leave. Then the second time they called me up pretty quickly and I was excited but then the man who was going to do my nails started doing someoneās pedicure and told me to wait? And I was waiting for 20 minutes. And honestly he was putting the nail cutters, filers, buffers and such back into his basket without cleaning them right after using them on a customers feet which is so disgusting. All of their drills have nail dust on them, which shows they do not sanitize in between clients. I left because I was nervous of getting an infection and the fact that they had me waiting so long yet again. If you canāt take customers just tell them the real wait time and it wouldnāt be a problem. And probably a good idea to start sanitizing your products in between patients to make your service feel a little cleaner.

I went in to get a pedicure w/ acrylic on my two big toes. Sophia did the regular portion of the pedi than I was told to dry my nails before getting my acrylic on. I went over to the person station... mind you she had a client in front of her doing a manicure. She squatted down and started doing my nails... that woman was such in a rush to finish she cut me when a drill gun and had no sympathy either for what she had done. She did not try to accommodate me for any of it, she brushed it off as if it was nothing and charged $30 freaking dollars for a terrible job.
This was terrible customer service, and there was no kindness or accommodating. I have filed a bbb complaint for this salon. Definitely would not recommend

I was referred to Susan by two of my co workers because their nails came out beautiful. My appointment was at 4:30pm. However, She didn't start me until 4:50pm, almost close to 5 o'clock. She was very dry with me and didn't care to start friendly conversation with me. She just asked me what I wanted and I showed her a picture of the nails I desired. The place looked very unorganized and it looked dirty. The staff also looked overworked. A matter of fact, the workers took a three minute break and she started screaming "get Back to work". I found that unprofessional, she lacks empathy! I think because she is the owner, she feels like she can talk to them however she wants. As she was doing my nails she was being rough and she also burned my Cuticles with her drill. I expressed this to her and she didn't even say sorry. I did French Tip nails and once she was finished she didn't even care to ask if I liked them. She didn't make sure I was pleased with how my nails looked. She proceeded to tell me put my nails under the uv lamp. I felt so rushed and I hate that FEELING. She kept taking her breaks in between my nails. I found that so Uuprofessional. I also got a pedicure after I did my nails with Susan with another women and I told her that one of fingernails looked bad. I asked her if she can tell Susan that and when she did, Susan basically rolled her eyes and got annoyed. She did fix my nail but you could tell she had a attitude.This is not how you treat a client. She has absolutely no customer service skills. You're flexing so hard on Instagram, but yet you don't even have basic customer service. You don't even know how to treat your employees fairly, you should be ashamed. The only reason why I gave you a chance to spend my hard earned money was because you looked like you do a good job and have good customer service. Apparently I was wrong, and to be honest this has to be the worst customer service ever, so ghetto, so unprofessional, go to another place!!! FYI AND THIS PERSON WHO DID MY NAILS HER NAME IS SUSAN THE OWNER !!!!

Worest experience of my life Very rude no customer service whatsoever. Don't ask for any it's published on their website because they don't know how to do. I was supposed to have a nice Sunday afternoon and I ended up having to pay to get her nails done go to nail Lux best choice forget this place.
