I called in to the store to purchase a new iPhone 15 pro The gentlemen who answered said his name was Luis. I asked how much for the I phone 15 pro. Luis said $1199. I said Luis the special online show $49. per month for I phone 15 pro, plus $60 a month for phone service --plus activation fee is what i'm looking for. Luis said well if you get approved. I said you should be trying to sell me a phone rather talking like if you don't care if I buy the phone not- Luis said no people have been coming thinking something else. I said i can't help with that but I'm a new customer trying give you business and your talking me out of it. Luis said i don't care you can go to a different store. Luis isn't a benefit to crickets business if that's even his name. Time i called in was 4:42 pm 3 minutes on call 10/01/2023 sad

Had a great long experience @ this location after 2 weeks of my phone # being in limbo the young gentleman whom assited me and kidly helped me not only get my # s back that I had since 2005 but was very patient and very knowledgeable of the circumstances great on you Mr. Reyes you are a valuable asset thank you for you due diligence it creating my experience as a great one again thank you

Secilia (apologies if I spelled wrong as I misplaced your card) was AMAZING in assisting the xfer of my wife's data and apps from her old phone to a new one. Very patient and friendly throughout visit- this just reinforces our decision when we switched to Cricket a couple years ago. Great service and highly recommend!
