The pharmacy is extremely slow every single time I go there. today, after waiting 5 minutes in the drive through line (no one was ahead of me- I was just waiting at an empty window), and then finally getting my prescription, a delivery truck was parked blocking the exit of the drive through line. when I told the pharmacist, she told me "they're almost done" and I would have to wait for them to finish the delivery. I told her I had to go to work, and I needed her to ask them to park anywhere in the parking lot to finish the delivery. she just shut the window and walked away, so I waited another 5 minutes and then had to back out of the one way line to get out of the lot. as usual, they did the LEAST to satisfy a customer today.

Great pharmacy and store!!! Been a customer since 2005 for a reason. Mr. Do the pharmacist and team member Jose along with the rest of the gang are an excellent team that runs the pharmacy. Thank you for caring and making sure I get me flue shots and vaccines. And to the rest of the store thank you for what you do everyday. Making my store experience second to none!!! I never wait long to pickup my order. If a line develops, another staff member, sometimes even the pharmacist, will quickly open another window to minimize wait times for customers. The staff is always courteous and articulate, the store is clean and well ordered and I am almost always greeted when I enter the store.

My price on a very important drug I take went from 15$ to 155$. I asked them why. Said ask your insurance.i said I can't they are closed I said I can't get them I don't have money for that. They said pay for it and u can have them. Reason why I got in my car and drove to Publix Nassau square. They found out why. ( on a weekend) and gave me extra pills free. Wonder why I switched all my scripts to Publix?

This is a very busy store, but the pharmacy team rocks! They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and very quick! They are always available to answer questions and are very reliable.

Had to run out to grab fever meds for my youngest child. I do not frequent cvs at all as my insurance prefers walgreens but they are a bit farther & parents know how it feels when you kid needs something. I can say I will never be back. The manager did apologize for me seeing this while in line to pay. He stated the exterminator was coming tomorrow morning because they have had a garbage issue with the dumpsters outback. I just cannot unsee it & would not want any products that potentially came in contact, sorry but yuck.

DISGUSTED by a worker there named Jose. I walked there with my son considering we live very close, so instead of lugging a basket and pulling a stroller I put the items I’m going to purchase in the cup holder. I was followed around the entire store by Jose. To the point where he was less than a foot behind me. I asked him to back up, I was uncomfortable. He said nothing and continued to follow me extremely closely. Maybe he thought I was planning on shop lifting or something? (Which I would never do) but that’s still not proper protocol. He could have asked to see my purse and stroller and I would have done it no problem. I also called beforehand to ask if they accepted Apple Pay. Jose was the one who answered the phone. Turns out they do not accept it. When I asked why they told me he did he said “guess I lied”. I asked to speak to the manager for this blatant disrespect and harassment (I saw the manager and was welcomed by him when I came in) and Jose said NO! He didn’t call the manager so I could report his behavior. I will be calling corporate today to report this nonsense \\u0026 harassment I dealt with today from Jose.

Always helpful. Dropping off a prescription or refilling it by phone is a breeze.
