Absolutely horrible! I wish I can put 0 stars . They are very rude and disrespectful. The tall man especially. He mocks you and talk in they language when you complain about something they did wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

The experience that I received from this facility, was at its worst!!! I typically only get my toes done here with Hannah, who majority of the time does a good job, but today my toenail was drilled to the skin and she brushed it off as if it was polished left on the nail bed. I proceeded to inform her that she hurt me and that my nail bed was drilled to the tissue and she spoke in her language to the tall gentleman who was extremely rude. He proceeded to speak in his language. Ignore me when I asked him a question and mocked me when I said “you hurt me” he laughed loudly and hide out in the back room continuing conversation with Hannah about the situation, After they noticed that I was recording their behavior. Then she apologized. The acknowledgment of the situation was very off-putting, and disrespectful. I informed them that I had Google interpreting their conversation. The owners(Kim and her Husband)were not in place to even discuss the situation with them.

Would not recommend unless you want to get rip off, disrespected and not what you asked for. If I could give this zero star, I would. Then, they get mad and curse at you for not getting a tip! Very unprofessional and disgusting!

I literally wish I could rate this place 0 stars I been her 4 times and everytime I come they are always out of order and rushing to do a service and messing up also DONT GO THERE IF YOUR NOT TRYING TO SPEND OVER $110 because they are very expensive for a regular service and also The PRICES ARE A LIE THEY MAKE THERE OWE PRICES BECAUSE EVERYTHING SAYS A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND UP LIKE WYM UP FOR A SERVICE THEM ON TOP OF THAT THEY GET REALLY MAD WHEN YOU TELL THEM
NO AND THEY LITERALLY WOKT STOP BEGGING YOU TO MAKE YOUR BILL HIGHER LIKE THE GUY IN THER KEPT BEGGING ME TO GET ME TO MAKE MY PRICE GO FROM $30 to $60 over and over then on top of that, I went to get a and the price for the chain wax was supposed to be $12 but then she was taking forever and then gonna have the nerve to say I owe 35. SCAM!!! Also one color for just acrylic Is $50.

The absolute worse!!! How does a refill cost $70??? I told Andy I did not like how it looked and if he could remove it. I was asking for the removal of polish not the whole nail which he refused. This place has lost the quality over the years price does not match quality of the work they provide. Now I remember why I stopped coming all those years ago! My french are uneven and I’m so dissatisfied will return back to moon nails down the road whose quality matches the price they charge.

They overcharge me for a simple refill that should be like $25 at most. These people charge $60 for refill (toes) which is ridiculous!!!! Never coming back

I had been coming to this place on and off for 10 years (now there consistently for about 6 years). I’ve recommended, brought people in, and even bring them mangos from my tree in the summer. They REFUSED to honor a gift card my mother bought there 6 months and 6 days ago. I thought I lost it but I found it yesterday in my kids room. It’s SIX DAYS EXPIRED. I always tip well, get acrylics and a pedicure, sometimes an eyebrow wax. They couldn’t even honor this for me?! I have had issues with nails chipping the next day here and there but never said anything on here. I also tried their lashes once and they were painful off the bat just blinking regularly. It was gross and it ended up pulling out a bunch of my eyelashes with all that black gunk she put on it.
There is also a woman who does regular pedicures and regular manicures (not acrylic) who is ALWAYS picking her nose, rolls and flicks it, and doesn’t wash her hands. She digs so far up her nose it’s GROSS. I never let her do my pedicure. This place is a two minute drive from my home, it was decently priced, and I got comfortable. Now I see how they treat their loyal customers.
I got upset at the salon and simply Put the gift card down and said I would be paying with that and as I walked out the door little Andy chased me and started taking photos of my license plate and of myself and telling me that if I leave, he will call the police. That’s how you treat your loyal customers? My mom gave me that hundred dollar gift card, they know I’m a single mother who went through a traumatic and complicated divorce. I finally found the stupid gift card yesterday and explained to them that I had misplaced it and my children were playing with it. I have been going in there at least once a month for the last few months and obviously if I knew where the gift card was I would’ve used that instead of paying them every other time. I ended up going back in and paying cash. I am so upset, and I feel very cheated and abused by a place that I thought took care of their people.

I recently switched nail techs and I will say I've never been disappointed by this place. Kim is always very welcomeing and sweet. She knows everyone that walks in and creates a very calm relaxing environment. I always get nails that are a bit more "intricate" and she always executes them without a problem. I'm genuinely very happy with both the customer service and the beautiful artwork.

The place is ok. They don't speak much English but the boss lady can help around. I did my nails 2 weeks ago they are still presentable. I'm not a nail expert but I wanted some gel in length he took care of that. I need to try other places to make better judgement. One thing if you need some extra stuff like foot massage I think it's 15$. Before you say yes to their offer ask if it's free.?
