just waited 45 minutes in line to have people jump in front of me with a full shop and only two people running the registers. this place is too packed for such little attention to the front shop customers. sucks i’m roped into a warranty here

This was the best experience I have ever had getting an oil change. The people were incredible and efficient. Ricardo welcomed me with a smile and his calm and respectful manner made the check-in and check-out delightful.

My mother brought her car in for an oil change. They forgot to plug it and the oil drained out as she drove away. She went straight to another mechanic who showed it was clearly their fault and now we have to fight them over it.

The customer service here is impeccable. Jorge was very professional and so was everyone else I encountered. I'm definitely returning. Just a few things though., and this just could be a miscommunication breakdown. First I understand it was Saturday and the place was very busy but ultimately I had a 10.am appt and waited 3 hours for the oil change to be completed. Why make an appt? Initially I also requested a break inspection to find out when checking out that a break inspection was recommended for another time. I thought I waited the 3 hours because this was done but I was wrong. Last thing. I'm no Service technician but my engine and cabin filter were recommended to be changed when in fact the filters were about 3 days old because I had replaced them myself. Again. I will be back.for a break inspection but being in CS myself I realize that these reviews do make you better. Over all I definitely recommend. Now a days people just aren't friendly and accommodating but this place is.
