Every time I go in this particular five below they are rude they rush you to make a purchase and then accuse you of not ringing items up. I will never go back to this location ever. This store needs to do better and hire people with better customer service!

Char, the store manager, was a great help today. My son received a game as a gift for his birthday but it was missing pieces. Another store refused the return without the receipt (since it was a gift I didn’t have it). She had no issues exchanging the item.

I was there earlier today at 619p for my daughter and by 628p the 2 young ladies at the register screamed out to everyone that the registers were down and they won't be back up by the time they closed at 7p. How would they know that?!?!?!? I don't know, they were acting funny like they were just getting ppl to leave so they could close early because the young girl was laughing and acting like she was doing something at the bottom but just kept sticking her hand in the cabinet. If it was a fake attempt please quit and let someone who REALLY wants to work get that job.

The elderly women whom was working today around 3:30 I believe I heard her name was Carmen or harmon
was very rude to a group of younger women with their children she even threw clothing at the one young ladies feet while continuing to follow the other young woman around with her child to the point the young woman felt uncomfortable the employee kept asking the girl are you going to move I felt uncomfortable at this point and left the store as the employee was giving she was having a bad day and brought it to work with her or maybe she was high or drunk not sure but I know I will no longer be taking me or my family to this location management really needs to have a serious talk with this woman …Losing business for unnecessary employee behavior..I also have a photo of the woman if management would like to reach out to me I’d be more than happy to send it right on over..

My family was followed around the store by the employee and her son. And when we came to the front she grabbed all our items out of the shopping cart as if we weren't going to pay for them and she scanned all the items mind you this self checkout to make sure we we're going to pay. This is $5 and below.
I shop at Macy's and Saks 5th and don't get followed there. I work to hard to go in a discount store and be accused of stealing.
But I guess anything is possible where a Hispanic woman and her son can profile a black family.

Does anyone in this store even want to work? Can’t even ask a simple question or for help without them having an attitude or them acting as if the customer is bothering them. Won’t ever come back to this location at least not with either of the workers that worked on 2-13-25 at 5 pm.

I recently visited the Five Below at Greenacres on 6826 Forest Hill, Florida and had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. The store manager was shockingly unprofessional and even started cursing at me in front of other customers. This behavior was not only disrespectful but completely unacceptable.
The item I wanted to purchase was clearly market at a certain price, but when it rang up at the register , it showed a higher price. When I pointed this out the staff called the store manager and she was walking to me cursing .
I have always loved shopping at Five Below, but this experience has made me reconsider returning to this location. Managers should be setting an example for their staff, not treating customers in such a demeaning way. I hope corporate takes action to address this situation because no customer deserves to be treated like this.

I went to this location for a cellphone charger and Heather greeted me. She greeting everyone that entered the store. She helped me fund my cellphone charger, explaining the features and asking me questions to accommodate me. I felt very welcomed that I continued to look around and shop more. Carmen greeted me and helped to select more items . She walked me over to the location and told me other options. I will definitely go back to this location, They all provide top notch customer service. I can't wait to shop at this location again . I am highly satisfied 😊😁

Went in yesterday the store is very hot like the ac were down ,not a safe work environment for the employee's ,have to call osha for that cause even the aisle can't even walk thru and not even wheelchair asseble, even the emergency exits are block with so much merchandise laying around,,definitely not safe
