Their service department Albert and manager are the worst they rip you off they charge you for an part that could not be fixed and when you come back to have him repair they refuse to do so do not go to Green acres Nissan do not you'll be throwing out money and they will not help you

My family had a very disturbing experience with one of the employees at this dealership. named julian restrepo During a test drive, his behavior toward my younger sister was completely inappropriate and made her feel unsafe. He acted unprofessionally, crossed boundaries, and created an environment no customer—especially a minor—should ever be put in.
We reported the incident to management, and I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this dealership be extremely cautious, especially with who they interact with. This kind of behavior has no place in a professional setting, and I hope the dealership takes it seriously.
