Went in 11/21 for a phone upgrade for my father. I was asked if interested in any accessories for the new phone. My response was clear NO. When I was given my receipt after i asked for it a tempered glass in the amount of $33.16 was added. My response was the following “ I expect a glass protector to be added to the phone since you charged me when I clearly said no to any accessories” if my father would have gone alone he would have never noticed he was charged for an accessory he did not ask for, and who knows if they would have even added the glass. My father does not read English or speak it to well. If they did this to my father that just went in for an upgrade I can’t imagine what they do to customers that port in from different company’s and or open a new line. Read your receipt and read the fine print off of all price cards next to the phones.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They don’t know what they are doing. Went to replace a phone and it took almost an hour. They said the phone I brought was unlocked, and they could replace it. Then they told me it was not unlocked and I had to call Verizon, before they changed the Sim I asked if the old phone was going to be working until Verizon unlocked the other one, and they say yes. After I paid and they gave me back my phone I realized the old one wasn’t working. They say I had pay $22 to put the line back on the old one, and $22 more one I unlocked the other one, after I specifically ask if the old one was going to keep working. Now I have no phone service for a whole day thanks to them. Never coming back here.

Stopped by today to activate my iPad but ended up upgrading my phone too! Fine gentlemen by the name Niaz, did not just activate the service on my iPad but told me about the coupons on my account, savings that I was missing from autopay. Very knowledgeable, smart, funny and very welcoming to everyone. Thank you Niaz, I am writing this review from the new phone & I love it!

Niaz, I believe that his name. Such a great gentleman, I needed two new phones for my daughter and her husband. He took his time to explain the devices plus the plans…he also gave us discounts on the accessories! My daughter was happy with her phone along her husband! He got us on the autopay as well…we have so less of people that would go beyond to save others money. He was worth our time & money. Thank you niaz, we’ll be back for more

As entering Metro store I was introduced to Stefan which is a very knowledgeable individual towards handling any problem that I had also immediately upon meeting him he asked me about auto pay for my phone and I accepted and he is the best.
