Literally scammers in here, place was empty so I’m sure they’re desperate for sales. The sales rep in there tried to sell me a scratched up budget phone like new. Then he tells me an activation for a phone is $60-$80. My total was $100 with the phone. I call metroPCS customer service got my phone, activation and a new sim for only $40 total. Moral of the story this store is scamming people. Go anywhere but here.

First time at this store and the two ladies that were there started asking me personal questions making me feel discriminated.I think you have to greet and ask what can I do for you? But the first question was : Do you have an ID? Is it from Florida? What kind of question is that?

most people dont realize it but metro is by T-Mobile. metro does not takes phones for trade ins. metro will do a lease for phones but does not do trade ins. for people who said it was suppose to be 0. well thats easy o down lol. most poeple dont read fine print. you pay 0 down for the phone but, you still have to pay each month for the phone. a iphone 7 and iphone 11 are two different phones. but i do love metro got fast and amazing serves. @Gotcha dilaudid

Just realized we were robbed at this store by the employees. Turned in a perfect condition iPhone 7 for the 11 about a year ago when they were running the special. Just realized we had been paying a $30 a month charge for the new phone when it was supposed to be 0. Hard to catch when you have a family plan with 8 people.

Terrible customer service. They offered me a plan and after switching services from my previous carrier and cancel services , they realized made a mistake and doble the original plan rate . I refused the plan and now I have to wait for a SIM card to go back to my old carrier. Consider somebody else before walking to this store .

The ambiance of the location was good and the people there were as adept and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they did not have the plan I was looking for. Would recommend if you are looking for a simpler plan without unlimited wifi. 3/5
