The pharmacy is extremely slow every single time I go there. today, after waiting 5 minutes in the drive through line (no one was ahead of me- I was just waiting at an empty window), and then finally getting my prescription, a delivery truck was parked blocking the exit of the drive through line. when I told the pharmacist, she told me "they're almost done" and I would have to wait for them to finish the delivery. I told her I had to go to work, and I needed her to ask them to park anywhere in the parking lot to finish the delivery. she just shut the window and walked away, so I waited another 5 minutes and then had to back out of the one way line to get out of the lot. as usual, they did the LEAST to satisfy a customer today.

My price on a very important drug I take went from 15$ to 155$. I asked them why. Said ask your insurance.i said I can't they are closed I said I can't get them I don't have money for that. They said pay for it and u can have them. Reason why I got in my car and drove to Publix Nassau square. They found out why. ( on a weekend) and gave me extra pills free. Wonder why I switched all my scripts to Publix?

Had to run out to grab fever meds for my youngest child. I do not frequent cvs at all as my insurance prefers walgreens but they are a bit farther & parents know how it feels when you kid needs something. I can say I will never be back. The manager did apologize for me seeing this while in line to pay. He stated the exterminator was coming tomorrow morning because they have had a garbage issue with the dumpsters outback. I just cannot unsee it & would not want any products that potentially came in contact, sorry but yuck.

When we are in the area, this is our go to cvs as our insurance gives us the best prices here. It's pretty well organized and clean and the best part is that it seems never to be overly crowded even when there are lots of cars parked out front. We use the drive through mostly for our Rx pickups. It's convenient not having to get out of our car. However when someone has taken too long parked in front of us or we get tired of waiting, we have been known to pull around and park the car and walk in instead. They are offering free flu shots right now, too, if you have insurance, plus they're giving out a coupon towards merchandise. We get discounts here, too, on other store items as we're a loyalty member. And you can combine their coupons with others. This is especially helpful price wise when buying some of the brand name cosmetics. I suppose one of the few annoying things is that no matter what you buy, they give you a mile long printed paper receipt with a ton of coupons.

There is 3 workers here abd I have yet to receive service. I called first and they said it was busy but as I walked in still on the phone it was one customer. I then proceeded asking for help and was told I had to wait but they took a person who was dropping off a prescription. How do that work? No good customer service at all.

Visiting town. I'm from up North. Typical CVS. I just want to say that one associate named HARRY is the most helpful young man. Smile on his face, and his Customer Service skills are superb.
