Terrible customer service. I went to register 6 and advised the rude cashier Jacquie of the sign that stated that the price would be taken off at the register. She rudely said with an attitude that I can take my things to the side because the price is listed on the item already and she can't change it. She then claimed to call a manager that never arrived. Shop somewhere else.

This location is actually good compared to the one that is closer to me, which is the Lantana and Jog one. It's much bigger and cleaner with a lot more selections to choose from. I rather go to this one now for shopping and getting the essentials of life.I have already been in here a few times and prefer to go out of my way a little bit for this one for a better shopping experience. Everything is well stocked and easy to find. They offer self-checkout service along with the cashier lines in case you prefer one over the other. It's sad that it's come to the times that I got to go to three different grocery stores in order to stay on budget with prices. If the other competing stores want to play their games on soaring prices, good luck since it's the ultimate factor at the finish line. May the best store win!

This neighborhood market is convenient and has a large selection. The deli has good prices and their in house brand is pretty decent -- depending on what you buy. Their produce is neatly displayed and everything is clean here. The shelves are fully stocked, too. They have all the basics and then some. The other thing I like is that they have a lot of staff. If they get busy and lines are too long at the checkout, they open up other cashier lanes in response.

Very bad ,don't waste your time,I used to go and since I have difficulty in reaching and other things I couldn't do I always had help from a young man but I haven't seen him anymore and I was treated like garbage, there is discrimination in this Walmart and I will let my whole community no about this Walmart, just go to Publix and you can count on better service and food

I wish that I could give them zero stars. This store is a joke and disgusting. If you want to get attacked by flies while you shop and deal with incompetent employees head right on over. If you love yourself, stay far away from here.

CJ NEEDS TO BE FIRED If anyone goes to the Neighborhood Walmart on Lake worth & Jog rd make sure you tell this lady, named CJ to have some humanity. I was at the self check out scanning my groceries, when I saw a lady behind me, pregnant with 2 little kids. She had 2 packs of water but Walmart has a limit of 1 pack per person. CJ decided to go in complete rage telling her she's only allowed to have 1 pack and came and took the extra pack from her. At this point the pregnant lady was highly upset & tried to explain to her that she had no water at home, she has 2 kids and she is pregnant (big belly). THERE WAS PLENTY OF WATER LEFT IN THE STORE. I decided to take the pack of water (since it's one per person) and told the lady I would buy it for her, but CJ did not like the fact that anyone even offered to help, so she decided to go in complete rage, tried to snatch the pack of water from me and had the audacity to get violent with me putting her hands on me. At this point everyone around was in shock, Costumer service manager called the higher manager, when the manager came over he apologized and told us we didn't do anything wrong since it's 1 pack per person. People suggested to get the police involved but I chose not to. I ended up buying the pack of water for the pregnant lady, she almost cried, hugging me thanking me for helping her out. Honestly, this is not even about the pack of water but about the principle of it, where has humanity gone? I'm thankful God placed me at the right place at the right time and I was able to help this lady out. Please don't let these hard times let you forget that we're still humans. Try to help eachother out, there's people out there really in need and people like CJ only make it worse on them.

Yeah this Walmart sadly has the worse customer service - first time EVER they would not return an item for me??? I've seen a white man return a pair of muddy boots and they gave him his money back!! Store manager (did not get her name) older white lady - decided by looking at me that per "store discretion" would not return my new unopened item! The clerk first took my item and said I have to get my managers approval since I didn't have a receipt - I said fine store credit is fine. It was so obvious sooo discriminatory - the kid had his back towards me the lady then peeked around him to "take a look at me " obviously making a racist judgmental call of what I looked like then told the kid "no return to her". I spoke to her after and asked her why - that I've never had a problem before that they could look it up by my credit card and she still said no it was "managers discretion"! Lady you are sooo obvious - get off your high horse - it's 2019 !! Guess that is why you are a sad Walmart employee - you will never get far in life with that attitude! If there was a negative star she would deserve it!! Ugh

Customer Service closes at 8pm...WHAT?!?!?!?!? Ridiculous! That's not customer service by definition. Oh yeah and can you raise the temp a few degrees, too.

Best Walmart I've been too in a long time. Even mentioned it to the cashier. I'm sure the fact that it's just a market and not a super Walmart plays a huge part.

I am updating my review. This is now my favorite Walmart. Employees are friendly and go out of their way to assist.

This is, by far, the worst Walmart within reasonable traveling distance while living in Greenacres at the time. I remember coming here on one occasion for plain old grocery shopping. Since it replaced whatever was located within the complex several years ago, I visited this establishment due to some of the problems I had with the one up the road. On the first and possibly last trip ever, I spent a good 30+ minutes or so looking for what I needed. They barely had anything. The frozen food section was a joke. I must have ran circles around the store, only to find they didn't carry certain items because of limited space. Still, I somehow managed to fill the cart with up to 20 items. Upon arriving at the self-checkout, I grabbed two products off of the shelf as an impromptu decision. Bad idea. The lady overseeing the lanes came over and lectured me as if I were some underling employed by her. She stood there ranting and raving about how exceeding the allotted amount was against policy. My bad, I didn't see the less-than-20 sticker on the side of the conveyor. It's not as though I was intentionally adding anything to hold up the line. I usually let others go ahead of me with fewer items as a common courtesy anyhow. Needless to say, I put the two measly products back on the shelf and threw her a nasty look as I exited the store. I understand Walmart has rules and regulations about scanning items yourself, but a simple polite mention of it would have sufficed. No need to take your frustrations out on the customer. Aside from the rude employee having an off-day, this isn't a good Neighborhood Market for heavy shopping. I wound up going to the one off of Okeechobee & Jog on a weekly basis prior to moving. As an added bonus to my reluctance of ever coming back here, the traffic in this area is hideous. Not really worth the time attempting to make a u-turn with the amount of traffic heading east on Lake Worth Road.
