Just got my nails done today , they make up there own prices, ive always came here and get the same thing , they charged me extra this time for no reason. Terrible service. Biggest scam ever . DONT COME HERE.

“Up charge” is the name of the game! They try to up charge you on everything, constantly! They also provide you with an added service without telling you then charge you later. Avoid at all costs!

I was a client for 6 years with Cindy, she is wonderful and so are her parents…. But her brothers are not good at customer service, terrible service and they lost another client.

Horrible service for a gel manicure and gel pedicure with design. They made me pay $90 when I was so unhappy with my service very rude and was done in less then 10 mins. Because he said they had people waiting but charged me, I kept telling him I didn't like it and it wasn't what I asked for and he kept telling me this is what you getting . Pictures of what I asked for and what I got . You can't even see the design or heart and heart doesn't look like heart . Would never never come again

Good service but their prices is not what is said on the menu nor in the book they have by the chair. Never going back, don’t tell your clients 35 and charge 45 ?

Cindy is great, very good job on my nails; she gets a five star. My only issue with the salon is it isn't very clean. Nail debri everywhere and customers sit too close. The lady to my right was having her nails removed and a piece of her nail flew right in front of my face ?? other than that, great service. May I suggest placing towels down so our arms are not sitting in nail leftovers? Thank you ?

I've been coming to this nail salon for years now and will continue to recommend people here. I've had every technician there work on my nails and each one takes their time, listens to your request, and delivers great outcomes. I've never really been nicked here because they're not aggressive when removing hang nails and ingrown nails. I'm always a walk-in customer and no matter the day/time I get sat within 20 minutes. Also, I'm not sure what kind of sorcery they do here but my gel nails last the longest here than anywhere else I've gotten them done. 10/10 recommend!
