cant return tools. DONT CARE ABOUT YOU LIFETIME WARRANTY. customers need to be able to return unpackaged items. dont plan on returning stuff here!

Bad service. I went to check my car battery and they told me they couldn't because there was only one person on duty!
They cannot provide different services without having sufficient staff. Waste of time.
