Go somewhere else. I put in a request to get my lock removed since the beginning of December 2024 I went back at the end of that month and the document was still sitting on the desk. Kim said she would personally give me a call when the locksmith came to remove it and we’re in April and no one has done anything. I’ve called them and no one answers.

Would not recommend getting a storage unit from here… my items were chewed up by rats and rat droppings were left on my things. I was also charged for the month even though I moved my things out. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager for over a week and no one has returned my phone call. They say they value your business but you can’t even speak to someone when you have an issue, nor will they return your calls. Terrible service.
