The deli department is possibly the worst in The State of Florida. I travel for work allover FL and this one is hands down - # 1 worst! You have a 50/50 chance of any online order actually being ready when you arrive. Even when you add an extra 15-30 min for them to prepare your order there is a very good chance it will NOT be ready. The customer service at the department is horrible. I've waited behind ONLY one other customer multiple times and is still a 15+ min wait. The employees purposefully move slowly, treat you like $%^& when you're finally up. I've spoken to the corporate office and managers with ZERO improvement. That reflects poorly on the overall Publix company. If you can't get a deli department functioning properly imagine how the rest of the business is run

I work weekends and was not able to pick up my meds due to closing time. I came in to get one at 1245 and was told it would be ready in 15 min. Came in at 420 and still not ready. Maybe they meant 230 minutes?

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been too. I love all the employees they always try to give you the best customer service they can provide.

Don't answer phones. Lousy service. Supply chain is horrendous. It seems the management is satisfied with below average performance. No problem. I can go elsewhere

They never have anything in stock. Centralized purchasing out of Lakeland Florida doesn't care what the local customers want. They change their store inventories frequently, often deleting products you have been buying for years.Riverbridge Publix Management is useless. They parrot the company line about changing inventories and blame their corporate structure. Hello Instacart! No hassle buying, many stores, many products. I hope Publix goes out of business.

We've been to this Publix many times so I was surprised that I had not reviewed it. It was one of the stores my mom used to frequent. It's large and clean and spacious. Things are a bit spread out so you'll get your steps in. Event though the parking lot was full, it didn't appear to be that busy inside except for the line at the deli counter. Publix prices are a bit crazy now. But we were only coming for a few things and had a Christmas gift certificate to use -- so it was like getting free food. Luckily one of the items we wanted was a bogo -- two for one. Otherwise the individual price was so high -- compared to Walmart grocery or a similar store -- that I normally would not have bought it here. I'm sure we would come back for a few of their unique items or if things are on sale, if in the area.

Not my favorite Publix, that's for sure! I just moved to this area and this Publix is a mile away from my home, but I usually go to Aldi or Walmart because of the employees at this Publix. Today was a good example: Microban was on 'clearance' ... they had a little red sale sign on the Mircoban price tag; thats how the product caught my attention. The stale sticker did not have a price on it and this was the last can of microvan so I took the little price tag with the sale tag up to the register with me. Side note: Microban is $6.99 at Publix. Halfway through bringing up my $300 receipt, the cashier disappeared, and the manager a young lady, had taken over. When we got to the micro ban, I'll very kindly asked her to check the price and tell me what the sale price is please. She rang it up and said it's 699. I said well that can't be true because there is a sign in the aisle saying micro ban on sale. And the little paper I just handed you that was attached to the price tag in the aisle, confirmed that. The tag literally bad the words 'micro ban' 'sale' and she also knew the price regularly was 699 because I handed the price tag along with the sale tag to her. She repeat it again it is 699. I said, can you please check if it's on sale? She said it's not. And just kept ringing things up. I kind of didn't know what to say. At that point and I was just exhausted, so I gave up. At no point was I even remotely rude or had an attitude. I'm not saying I don't act like that, but today I was a perfect angel hand of God. But I've been home now for a few hours and it is still bothering me. While I'm talking to her about the sale, she turns around and shouts to a girl to registers behind her. You're on 5:30 cart duty! The young girl then shouts back across the registers "I don't think so. I didn't see my name" and the manager responded. "Yes I wrote it in there it's you."So you never once said hello to me, or asked me how my shopping experience was, and when I asked for your help, You can't take even 3 minutes to look into my request, figure out what's going on with YOUR sale signage. So I had to leave Publix without micro ban because i can't afford to waste money even a dollar. But you're talking with your employees about work duties in front of customers shouting the Convo back and forth, 15 feet away from each other. Right before I paid, I said "I really wanted to get the micro ban but I just want to know what the sale price is..." and she completely blew it off and said the total I owed which was almost $300. I will not come back to this Publix. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. You can check my history. I am not that person. That Manager really rubbed me the wrong way; the way she spoke to her employee, the employees face of embarrassment; the way that she spoke to me, and most importantly, that she just didn't do her job. All I wanted was to know what the price on sale was, and she couldn't even bother to take one step down the aisle to look into it. she acted busy and like she was better than everybody. I'd rather go to Walmart and buy lower quality products then Publix an deal with a 25 year old with a chip on her shoulder, who somehow is the manager of Publix. SMH

I wish I could give 0 stars… This pharmacies leadership is unprofessional and rude. I have had several small issues that the pharmacist simply refuses to help find solutions for. I will say that they seem very busy and work in a small overcrowded environment that is probably pretty unpleasant but I don’t think that excuses the terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Have never seen a more poorly run pharmacy with the most unhelpful emoyees, so my doctor sends in a prescription that is supposedly back ordered so thats just the end, no help transferring the prescription no message before I go in to find out I am just out of luck....Publix do better or go the way of Kmart

Fiance was in the hospital and called the pharmacy when they told me from the hospital that they sent the meds. I wanted to make sure he didn't go without them. When I called at noon they said 30 min. Show up at 4 after he was discharge and they were NOT ready after i was told they would be. These are people's meds!! Not ok. Worst pharmacy

The deli at this location is a continual issue. I don't blame the employees but the poor management. I paid in advance for my sub and expected it to be located in the hot case. I was not made aware that when you purchase in advance they keep it in the back. The logic makes sense, but there is no signage to let you know the process or that you need to flag down one of the two employees working the counter so that they can retrieve your order. Which by the time you are standing in line waiting for their attention, it's the same wait as making a sub there on the spot. If you are going to store orders in the back, one person needs to be available to retrieve those orders.

0 stars. I have never seen such lack of professionalism from a place. That place is in total disarray. The blonde lady working there told me to wait 10 min for them to prepare the prescription when she could’ve just told me that they will call me once the prescription is ready. I ended up standing for nearly 2 hours for no reason and she knew it but showed no regard. When I asked why they made me wait this long even after the doctor approved the prescription - they kept telling me that they dont see it in their system, the doctor had even someone confirm with them over the phone and they still refused to give me the prescription for my dad who was not well.

This location is okay, but their Deli is bad. I usually order on the app for pickup and there's about 90% chance it won't be in the case ready for me. No one there to escalate to... Also, their entrance is super small making difficult for people to get in and out, if the carts are fully loaded . They need to reconfigure it, now that hallmark closed down next door.
