Regions is already the worst bank EVER. After 3 long and loyal years, I learned that you can overdraft 3 times in one day. Other than that, if you don’t keep a penny in your savings due to a rainy day, they “soft” close the account until you put money in and then make you wait 24 hours to have access to your OWN money! Not to mention, the clerks at this location are very unfriendly! There’s an ancient, old, racist woman who will racially profile you until you go through every method of verification possible! The phone representatives have less questions than she does. I stopped by today and another bank teller was working. Originally, I felt thankful I wouldn’t have to deal with the racist woman, until I met her coworker who’s not very understanding or willing to help. Just avoid Region’s if you want to have money, and have ACCESS to your money! I will be ending my relationship with Regions after having them as my primary account. I will be happily tap dancing out of their life!

Outstanding service. A great amount of respect is always shown. No matter if you have a couple dollars or thousands. Adalina is knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable with any financial decisions you make. It is important to us that we feel safe and secure with our financial decisions. Make yourself a favor and do not come to this bank or aply for any of her credit cards,they will, give you all kind of excuses.Take your business to a big bank like capital one or discover.

This lady has an attitude for no reason. Just because I have 5 deposits is not my fault. She keeps saying it will be awhile have a seat like I am 12. Sorry to leave a neg but you are rude and mean for no reason

Attentive, helpful, patient, congenial, knowledgable, understanding, kind, is how I would need to describe my experience with David, when opening my new account! I loved the fact that there was not just one lonely banker at a window, but I noticed 4 bankers, and the lights were actually turned on, not off, like at other "sad" banks in the area. However, I would have given 5 stars, but, I felt, that you don't have much incentive to open a savings account, when your money, does not grow much interest whatsoever, whats the point?, also no free checks. Yes, some of us, still use checks.....and I don't think having your name and address printed in cursive, should have an up-charge, just for that, THAT! should be free. A little perk/less, maybe I am a little old fashioned, but, when you used to go to a bank, you knew you were going to come out ahead in one way or another for keeping your money in there over time, Overall, I liked the atmosphere and professional upbeat vibe at Regions!

Good customer service but inefficient banking processes. I deposited a check on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and the check still has not been processed. I have no holds on my account just ineffecient service behind the scene.

Pretty friendly, unwilling to cash a check drawn from their own bank because I have no account there. Additionally would not open an account for me today to cash it. :-(

Regions Bank offered a special promotion of paying a $400 for opening an acct, doing 10 ATM transactions in the first month, and opening online statements. The bank has refused the $400 payment because I failed to open online statement. They offered no reminder to do so but charged me $4 for each of three months for not opening an online account. They can't have it both ways. The Executive Office stands by the letter of the promotion...not the substance. As far as I am concerned Regions Bank stole my money.

Horrible service at this branch. Scheduled a phone call appointment and never received a call. Even if it’s not busy, if you have an in person appointment expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour after your appointment time before being seen. Never had any of these problems at another branch. If you bank with Regions I recommend you save yourself some time and don’t go to this location.
