“I have been renting a unit from this location for a little over a year. The facility is very nice and clean. The only issues I've ever run into were not being able to walk-in during business hours b/c the doors were always locked. At the time there was a worker there that I'm certain didn't take the job seriously. However, as time went by I met an angel. That angel's name is Mrs. BETTY! I must say I have not had one problem since. Whenever I have or had a concern with my account she'd always take the time to explain thoroughly so I'd understand what was going on. Before telling me "No" it can't be done, Mrs. Betty makes sure she research everything first and exhaust all possible avenues. This is what you call great customer service! She explained how the storage units work, how they are billed, how to access the gates with the app and more. Since our rental we have encountered her on several of our visits and has greeted us and offered her assistance. She usually works alone and is always busy cleaning when not needed at the office.
