They wrapped every piece of furniture with care; ensuring our items were properly stored. Most companies just used a blanket, but not White Lion. They wrapped our things with cardboard boxes and plastic wrap. Alexis and team worked hard! Anyone should feel comfortable using White Lion.”

I again downsized my previous unit and transferred to a smaller unit and was helped by both Tricia and Pauline on 2 separate occasions. They were both extremely helpful in making suggestions and explaining to me the different costs associated with the unit. Tricia is a good manager, very professional, extremely nice. I could have chosen to discontinue my account and get a new account, because the online price was $10 cheaper. But as my history shows I have used this public storage for 5 years. Because I am in good standing I decided to keep my current account.
The only reason there are 4 instead of 5 stars is because I think Public Storage should have.special fixed rental for those who plan to store long-term. It makes a difference to work with courteous employees who put my best interests first. For this reason I have changed the rating from 4 to 5 stars.Thanks again Tricia and Pauline.

My rent increased on the unit I was renting, so I needed to downsize and transfer to another unit. The staff were very informed and professional. Sherryl especially made the effort to help me to find the unit I wanted and was patient and courteous in accommodating me when I changed my mind at the last minute. She was focused despite a lot of distractions in the office as we concluded the transfer. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I also appreciated the interaction with Spadreen and Antoixlan.

Kela at Public Storage on 833 Military Trail WPB helped to resolve a late fee charge which was due to PO misdelivery since my bank showed it was sent on time. It was a pleasure to speak with a friendly employee who put the customer first. Thanks Kela!
My only criticism of Public Storage is that I do not think the rates should be raised each year. And also I think there should be a special discount for those who transfer the same as with a new customer.”
