Amazing caring staff. They have been so professional and compassionate with my little Princess Gieselle. ? Everyone has really taken great care of her when she has been sick, general check ups and when she has been boarded. Dr's Pierce and Fernandez as well as others in the past have so taken special interest in ensuring she has had a healthy happy easy life.

Mazie my German Shepard had a horrible experience at a previous vet. Here at VCA Simmons everyone treats us amazing and I will continue to come here. Everyone is super caring . Get their plan they offer it was a life saver and they also take Trupanion which is hands down one of the best insurances out there.

We've been using them now about 5 years. Recently, my daughter's Yorkie started sneezing and coughing. We took her for a quick check. The Doc came to the car to check Mia, discussed it with us in the car on a the call and prescribed us what she needed. We were out in like 1 hour and didn't have to go in. Cost was very fair...

When we start packing for a trip, our dog starts to go nuts and sits by the door because he knows we're going to barkers! He loves it here!The vet side is also amazing and I can't imagine taking our pets anywhere else!

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Our dog has always gone there and every time he goes in there's a even worse problem when he comes out! We picked him up this morning, and we come to find out that his whole weekend stay, they did not give him his correct meds!! Which were discussed in the beginning of his stay and all the years he's been going there. It should've been charted!! Our dog has seizures if he doesn't take his meds every day!! This place does not care about your animal!!!! Don't bring them here!

Very nice courteous professional service but a bit too high financially out of my financial price range which I can't afford because I'm on a fixed income. But anybody who's got lots of money to spend I would highly recommend this is the best place to be for a dog.

No one would answer the phone and when they did they put me on hold I waited 30 minutes called back and then they wouldn't even answer the phone and they just put me directly on hold. Who runs this place?

There are so many other vets around. GO THERE! I only came here last year bc my cat was sick over the weekend, so $1000+ for labs and blood pressure check) later, she was doing fine until recently Brought her in again, and I agreed to the care plan thing bc I figured I would spend another $1000 anyway. Close, only spent close to 600.00, then they tried to push another $200 for more labs ( no!). BTW, most procedures performed for the 600.00 instead of Fee for service, was " covered" under care plan. So for next 364 days, any procedures is full costs. Oh-x ray is covered but not for the stat read?? How often would a pet need a routine xray? It's not like they need medical clearance for a job or school. They need x-rays when they are sick, or get hit by cars,etc ! Then, they shove meds to take home. I wanted to bring back, I understand if I opened it. This wasn't issue. I brought it back and the person behind the counter OPENED THE PACKAGING, UNSCREWED THE TUBE AND WITHDREW THE MED, THEN TOLD ME THAT IT CANT BE RETURNED! yeah, kind of like licking ice cream then putting it back at the grocery store... Meanwhile, the practice admin is nowhere to be found, No one knows the schedule. Calling back and the receptionist is nonchalant and claims ignorance to every question posed to her.
