Spoke to Jose and he was rude and uninformed. He is clearly annoyed and bored with his job and should absolutely not be customer facing. When I requested to speak to the branch manager he told me to call the number on the back of my debit card.

I don't know what it is with this location but it is incredible how bad it is to be a customer at this branch. It's closest to my house but I'll drive to the one on Lake Worth Rd to do ANY business with Truist. My business partner has since stopped banking with Truist just because of THIS branch

It used to be good when it was Sun Trust. But since it's been taken over by Truist, you would be hard pressed to find a worse bank. I wish I could give them zero stars. Good luck talking to customer service, it's all done overseas.

I've been dealing with them for over 5 years now when they were still SunTrust. Today I needed a small money order from them and then my rep Margaret told me that it would cost me $10!I almost got up and walked out from the $$ shock, but she quickly explained that she could an easy account change from the old SunTrust account to a new Truist account, that would allow me to get the money order at zero costs.She even filled in the memo details on the money order from the computer.She also said that the checking account has zero overdraft charges since I have other accounts with them.I would heartily endorse them for your banking needs. They are very friendly and very helpful!!

This Bank Truist bank has horrible service, I requested a simple letter when my account was opened and they charged me 30.00 dollars and after 3 day still waiting , I do not recommend any customer to open account with Truist bank,Better Wells Fargo.

Do not trust this bank I am not understanding what is the state of the United States right now but this bank especially its manager operate with impunity and against guidelines are hostile and all out unprofessional I was saddened by my experience and I hope I’ve saved someone’s from going through the same

This bank cares less about your situation, I received 7 fees due to a bad month and this bank cared less. Was told everything is automated and it doesn't matter how long you been with the bank or how much money you been having come in they refused to go above and beyond to help. Will definitely be closing my account and find a bank that treat you as an individual and not base you off an automated system.

We’ve been a Suntrust customer for decades, & only recently (yes even prior to Covid-19/pandemic) we have experienced the Riverbridge branch CLOSED on a Monday!!? Even though the V/M recording, website & front door ALL say Open!UPDATE:Thank you Lisa for calling us back to explain, due to T.S. Eta - you were under a State of Emergency & required to close. Sunday weather was pretty bad & was a judgment call.Thx ?? again ~ Lisa. ✌?
