I have been with TD for over 20 years, Mortgage, Savings, personal checking, business checking. The service I (didnt) receive is abysmal. The call center told me to call the branch. After waiting 3 hours for a return call, the branch called and instructed to me to call the call Customer Service main #. When attempting to book an appointment online all time slots were taken. I walked into the branch only to find it was quiet & the Reps were just sitting there staring into space...I think it's time to bank elsewhere.

Terrible service! Waited an hour just for them to say they cannot help me. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. Don't waste your time with this bank.

3 visits this week. There are only 1 or 2 tellers working and a skeleton crew in the customer service area. Where did the experienced tellers go. Does TD have a training center to train the new tellers ? Now they need help with everything and the other teller is constantly taken away form their customers. THIS BRANCH IS 'AMERICAS MOST INCONVENIENT BANK"

Disappointed that I wasn’t able to simply open up a bank account here with Hilary. I had gone 3 times and every time I went she had a different excuse for me that I “ couldn’t” open up the bank account. Went to another branch and got it done within second. Thankyou for wasting my time Hilary!

When there 4 times trying to open a business account, the 4th time because she had a appointment 30 minutes later didn't want to attend me she told me it take 1 hour to open the account then she walk away like.

It is a place that if you have to attend a man named Arthur De Barros turns into a disaster: bad treatment, bad behavior and lack of tact. I went to get a card, or account, for my partner, and it was horrible: that inquisitive and rude air. We left immediately. I do not recommend that site and even less to that person who needs to correct the deal to be offering service.

Worst teller in town? Apparently got insulted by my request to not hand me a damaged bill and was visibly upset and didnt answer my "Thank you" and then my "I really appreciate it" that I said just to give her the chance of replying as an educated person. I dont see a point in bringing it to management attention as I believe this branch has a HR problem and inadequately staffed. Hopefully other TD branch do provide a better CS experience. Avoid if you can.

The absolute worst location of TD bank that has ever existed. I compare this TD to a Motel 6 compared to a Ritz Carlton. Every employee is rude especially the African American one. You work for us so treat us with respect. We pay YOUR BILLS

there is a manager there named Arthur he is very rude to the customers gives dirty looks very unprofessional and shouldn't not be having that position with that attitude. The other gentleman that helped me was very polite and nice and understood where I was coming from

If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would give, this location is NOT worth your time and effort, the customer service is just god awful! Who trained these people?! Several times I’ve been in this bank and have left awfully disappointed. The first time I was there I had a woman ask me “what’s with that look on your face” in the most snarky tone ever.And then this morning a young man was being very judgmental towards me- due to needing to dispute a charge and very rudely judged my spending habits! You do NOT EVER do that to a customer!Good way to get customers to leave and never come back, do better TD bank!

Commercial account for 10 plus years. We were forced to close a line of credit and we're told we needed to pay it back immediately.But, told not to worry, we would refinance it... Later found out we were lied to. They were never going to refinance the L.O.C.They could've cared less about our small business or how it affected us, luckily, because of their terrible treatment we searched elsewhere. We never knew how badly we had it.We're loving our new bank! And TD bank - you can take your little green lollipops and stick em ... ... well you get the picture.
