What a disgusting experience here , with that pharmacist that is there. I guess mainly in the mornings, since this was at 10:40am. Seeing that I am with my kids also pregnant she comes with full on disrespect. As well as her assistant ms follow the leader . Whatever I refill is my concern she’s not paying it nor do I have to give her details on what I’m refilling anything for . If the insurance covers 10 things at once you don’t ask verify the information and that’s it . You don’t give opinions that are non called for. She disrespected me and treated me in a rude way. As how she states “ I’ll print this so you can go ahead and educate yourself “ excuse me ? Your the pharmacist that’s your path of studies . If I don’t know what I’m talking about I will stay quiet but if I am right I will speak up. You should both be fired , disgusting customer service .

this is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. I've picked up medication from here many times, and the staff has always been rude. Just recently I had to pick up my medication for a medical procedure. I called the day before and I stated could you please keep it on the shelf for me I cannot pick it up because I've been very busy last week. I was coming off working an all nighter and they didn't have the med waiting. When speaking to the woman behind the counter I stated the previous without raising my voice.she replied, with, would you like a lollipop? I was insulted but I did not argue. I walked out, took my medication and I will never be using this Walgreens again. I've also contacted the manager I've had enough of this. THEY SUCK! I will never be using this Walgreens ever again, even though it's less than a mile from my house.

I’ve been here many times for photos printing. The staffs are nice ? and quickly response if you need anything or help! It’s close to my work place so I come here more often. Sometimes it’s quite in the afternoon! It’s clean! ?.

I've been using them for my prescriptions since moving to Wellington in 2004. I realize that every business is understaffed so I am always kind and respectful to workers. However, I have reached my patience limit with Walgreen's on Forest Hill. It takes many hours for prescriptions to be filled that are called in by physicians due to a patient's acute illness. The pharmacy hours there are VERY limited; it closes at 6pm on Saturdays so don't get sick on a weekend. You cannot get a new script filled there in less than 10 hours. Many times the drugs needed are not available. I had to go to Walgreen's on Southern to get Paxlovid and other common medications for Covid two weeks ago. It is not unusual for monthly refills to be held up because there is no stock on medications. I don't know if this pharmacy is just particularly poorly run or if corporate dislikes Wellington. Other branches seem to have stock when Forest Hill does not. Forest Hill by the mall is very busy and I do not believe the employees are necessarily to blame for for the service issues. I assume the pharmacists are overworked, not inept, Management needs to be changed, retrained or given additional help, This store's pharmacy, sadly, has a less than desirable reputation...deservedly or not.

Absolutely terrible service I came in at 1pm they said it would be ready by 4pm I waited in line and once I got up, she could not find my prescription in the system. Come to find out they never started to fill it. Currently waiting 4:40pm pick a different pharmacy if you can. These people here do not care one bit. If you value yourself show it and go somewhere else.

This place, hands-down has the rudest/incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. Every single time I try to call or even go in for their convenience there’s a problem and the people behind the counter are always rude. Even my doctors office raise an eyebrow at the frustration. This place caused him. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt of maybe having some bad days. We’re done here.

I have just spent 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting at the drive thru pharmacy. For various reasons I could not go in, there were only 2 cars in front of me. And there were 2 pharmacy technicians inside then a 3rd showed up. They are a few customers inside but nothing super busy. but it is infuriating to wait that long for the medication and only be told “really, you were waiting that long? Sorry” I will switching pharmacy immediately even though I have been a customer for years.

This pharmacy needs more staff...Everytime I come here there a 15min wait to get medication...they only have one cashier and the tech nor pharmacist care to help with getting the line down. 15min wait is upserd to pick up medication...

DO NOT FILL ANY PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. The pharmacist MARGARET PETER is incredibly rude and unprofessional. You would think as a healthcare professional her tone would be welcoming and it's the FARTHEST FROM THAT! I called in to ask if they had my prescription in stock, she answered the phone told a coworker "voicemail" and placed me back on hold. She repeated this behavior 3x before I finally hung up and decided to call in and speak with the store manager. The manager placed Margaret on the line with me and I wasn't even going to mention my previous call, but her disrespectful, condescending tone made for a short call and here I am writing this review. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION. MARGARET PETERS IS AN INCOMPETENT RUDE PHARMACIST!

What a awesome experience I have with the sales associate today at this location. I place a order to be pick up . The order was ready in 10 minutes. When I went to pick up the order a great nice sales associate girl came out and brought all my shopping and very gentle she organize everything in my car . I tried to tip her but she totally follow the company policy and do not accept my tips . She show passion for what she do. I hope Walgreens appreciate her too. Thank you for be part of my neighborhood girl. I recommend 100% this location for pick up .

It was my first time at the store, it looked very clean and organized. I was a bit lost finding some hair and face products. This employer, Jamia was super kind and sweet and helped guide me to the areas. Overall it was a great store!

Omg this store is absolutely the slowest business I've come across. Actually just the location, I'm a diehard Walgreens shopper by far. I just wanted jump in the other register and just start helping. Come on Forest Hill Locatio, kick it up a notch!!

This pharmacy can't get any worse. I would of changed pharmacy years ago but i live next door. I can't take it no more. From the rudeness, prescription not ready, I waited 30 minutes one time asked when i got to the window what took so long. they were doing a covid test. HOW BAD IS THE MANAGEMENT TO DO COVID TEST AT A DRIVE UP WINDOW. NOT ONE TIME THERE WASN'T A PROBLEM IN TWO YEARS. HAD ENOUGH.
