Sassy little pharmacist wanted me to move my prescription over from another location BEFORE he would confirm if they could actually fill it or not.I'd rather be unmedicated than deal with walmart tier customer service.

Lovely pharmacy, I've been going here for my meds for years. My whole house picks up their meds here now, too. All the techs here are kind and stylish. All the pharmacists are always friendly and informative with any questions you ask them, and everyone is professional and helpful. Tech Damian was sweet and helpful with attempting to update my mom's health insurance so we don't overpay... If I could list off every employee in how awesome they've been, both recent and experienced, this rating would go one for too long. 10 out of 10, would recommend ???

The pharmacist lied about getting the second covid vaccine. It does NOT have to be 28 days. It can be done at 24 days. Sat there for 45 minutes for him to refuse to give it to me at 26 days. Went to Publix.

The costumer services is really really bad! most of its employees spend it secretly on their cell phones, when they need help they never give it, a couple of months ago I lost my wallet and nobody in the store wanted to help me locate it and they were very inattentive. Today, all the cashiers were talking and there were no bags in the express Line. The truth always that I come to Walmart happened some disgust!

Even though I believe this Walmart is better due to it being slightly above most I have known throughout the duration of my life, it doesn't grant them anything beyond two stars simply because of the recurring problems received from the Asset Protection Specialists. Before being converted into a supercenter, my father worked here in the early 1990s as a part-time Pet Sales Associate. I remember my mother and I visiting him on weekends during his lunch break while researching prices on various items. I had a blast around the holiday season viewing the displays and such. But, somewhere between 2005 - 2006, the building was completely demolished, and rebuilt from the ground up to accommodate a certain area of it entirely to selling food products. This was fine, seeing as how it was being improved upon, or so I thought. When they reopened to the general public in late-2006 (or 2007), I decided to shop here since it was in my general vicinity at the time. It wasn't too bad, barring no longer being able to purchase fish and removing the garden area. I liked the remodeling of the store, but Walmart kinda screwed the pooch by hiring full-time receipt checkers. In the early 2010s, I was continually harassed by the employees staffed at the exit. They would randomly profile certain customers to verify if the items in your cart were fully paid for. I understand this is required to dissuade potential thievery, but it's still a nuisance nonetheless. For some odd reason, I was their main target. I would be pulled aside with just one item in my possession. Customers with carts full of products, ranging anywhere from groceries to expensive electronic equipment, would walk right on by, never being stopped. Then one day, out of the pure blue sky, the men with yellow vests were eventually let go. Hmm, I wonder why? Is it because of the exemplary behavior and devotion to their beloved Walmart? One will never know, certainly not I. Sarcasm aside, I do purchase what is needed at the Greenacres location if other Walmarts lack what I'm looking for, but it's second-to-last on my list of places taken into consideration.

DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen. Came in around 10pm to pick up some snacks, lady started yelling to customers that self checkout was closed. The only open lane was lane 14 all the way across the store. All customers checking out waited in line at one lane before others opened 15 minutes later. As another lady opened register 13, she started checking out customers. One of the managers YELLED from across the store for the lady checking out to turn on her check out light. The lady started complaining about her job and the management. Absolutely ridiculous. I came here bc it was the only place open. Not worth it. Next time I'll just stay home. Last time I spend a dime here.

Went to buy some items and the workers saw me at the cash register and didn't even bother to cash me out I stood there for 10 minutes and left the items there. Worst service ever. I have no idea how they got their jobs. This Walmart store definitely needs a new management. This type of service makes Walmart looks bad.

I called yesterday and asked a SIMPLE QUESTION, was given an attitude by the pharmacist! I understand you all have a policy, but, you can explain your policy WITHOUT THE attitude! I work in customer service, that was definitely NOT customer service. Then, when I call to see if my RX is ready the day it was promised, I get told, "we don't have it in Stock" .... AND NOONE COULD CALL TO TELL ME!? The system is completely dysfunctional! I will no longer be using this pharmacy, I will go out of my way and go to the other one. Don't ever ask them for a manager, because, apparently, whoever is the pharmacist on duty, is the manager. This place is a zoo!
