Do not use the delivery service they will open and eat your food. My last 3 delivery orders had items opened and eaten. 1st was seedless grapes we received half the container the 2nd order was tangerines they toe a tiny hole in the bag and took them today 6/29/24 opened cookies tried to reseal it ate half. If you call to complain NOTHING! Walmart knows this is happening.

The unkept parking and sidewalk are both turn-offs. The store is being re stocked as shoppers are weaving thru the aisles. Employees were not courteous and helpful like other times. The time of day determines the shopping experience here. Look for established employees who don't speak loudly to other employees in a foreign language. HELLO!Some employees need to be reminded daily to speak English, behave like they are working & stop being so rude!
Walmart, stop hiring people that cannot speak English!!!!

How is it possible that I have to enter half an hour before the pickup time and there is no parking because there are people, who do not come by pickup, parked there?

Although this wal mart is better stocked and is generally more organized than other Walmarts, the management seems to think it is appropriate to for customers to wait half hour to pay for items.

Lots of merchandise and product but no cashier’s on the checkout unless you want to scan a large order by yourself go somewhere else. Other stores have cashiers

Some of the staff here are extremely lazy. There is no reason why a customer should ever have to go on a scavenger hunt to find a grocery basket. There was not 1 shopping cart in the store. After searching for a basket in the parking lot, I still had to scan and bag my own groceries. So tell me, why are they even there?! This is why I shop at Publix because it’s always a pleasure.

There customer service is bad I was waiting for like 1 minute in front of the cashier, until she started ringing up my stuff. she was on her phone and laughing. I then asked her a question and she was like I don’t know . she did not even bothered to tell me how much my total was. Poor customer service. the lines are also long and only had two cashiers available they have self check out but that line was long too .

I arrived at this Walmart I believe two days ago maybe 8:00 p.m. I had two items. I went to the customer service area. That had other individuals waiting.
Walmart can look up this camera action. I believe that was 2 days ago. 8:00. I'm not sure. Look this up. Literally I had an employee that did not care on any customer service. Put people waiting to check out with cash money for 20 minutes. Looking at a work schedule, when there are customers waiting to pay to check out. Nah, he's doing paperwork and flirting with individuals on their schedule.
When he dealt with me. He was mad.
Awful, rotten apple, no customer service, new title, flirting with others.

Busy as usual. The cashier, Armani, looked at me as if I had a second head when I handed her my reusable sack. No eye contact other than that. No words. I sacked my own groceries because she stopped in the middle of our transaction to text on her fon . She finally opened her mouth to say your welcome and it was full of half masticated crackers. Gross. Time to go back to using self checkout except the lines are really long and I have a lot of groceries.
