04/11/2024 @ 8:30pm Food was great as usual and love the dreamsicle frosty. The service is normally very high at this location. Tonight was the exception. I was not greeted with any level of kindness, appreciation, nor respect. I said hello to an employee that was walking toward the bathroom, and he just stared at me. Then I was provided with 5 ketchup packets for a large fry and small fry, which is fine. I asked for a refill because the #coca-cola machine was either turned off or not operational, and the reply was a sigh as if it was an inconvenience. Although the gentleman was about to clean the tables, so ok. I said, no worries, maybe the person standing behind the counter (manager), whom was staring at me, could help. Since she was obviously doing NOTHING as she continued to stare at me with distain. All in all it was obvious that my presence was a complete inconvenience. I honestly believe that this is a management issue as her attitude disseminated down to the employees. That’s good for now. Next time, I will be recording my interactions as I am sure the franchise owner would appreciate the feedback. We LOVE #WENDYS

I have the app and they consistently mess up.my take out orders. I love across the street in River Bridge apartments but am at the point where I want to just not buy food from the app here. They have some nice and friendly staff but as the drive thru and online orse staff come across as stoned and they have messed up so many of the orders I pre paid on the Wendy's app I am almost done ever ordering from them. Have complained on the app multiple times and still get bad service

Terrible....Horrible Service.I've ordered 10 burgers.I asked only 2 with some mayo...They put all burgers together....and when I asked which ones were with mayo ??? They said they were too busy.And told me to look between the 10 with one has mayo...Horrible.

Just made a mobile order and ran through the drive to pick it up. Wanted to surprise my daughter who was feeling a little ill and the food was hot. I love that they have the good soda dispenser with so much soda verities. I surprised her with a strawberry Fanta and she loved it. Staff here was very friendly and worked fast.

My experience here at this particular Wendy's was mediocre and poor. Felt like I was at a third world Bodega. Person taking my order couldn't even speak English. If you're going to have somebody taking somebody's food order I would think Wendy's as a Fast-Food Corporation. Would consider having somebody who takes the orders be able to speak fluent English. I ordered three $5 biggie bags and when I ask for a tray for my beverages.I was given attitude and contempt for my request. I believe it was the actual manager of the store that I was dealing with how can a manager of a fast food establishment treat Wendy's customers this way
