I went into this location this week just with a quick question. Employee with long braids in a pony tail never acknowledged me when I walked in. He was with customer I should mention. He went to the back room and I waited 10 minutes and nothing. Me and the other customer just standing there alone in the store. 3 more customers walked in at that time. Now we are all just standing there. I knocked on the door that he left through with no response. I oped the door and just poked my head in saying hello and a different person came out of an office and told me to back up and close the door. I'm sure you have cameras and can see what is going on. I was there on Dec 10th at about 9:30. Terrible service. Up your game corporate! Better training is certainly required at this location.

AVOID...do now go to this store, it isn't official Xfinity store. And they don't know what they are doing... I went there to activate a new phone and they messed up the sim card, so my phone doesn't work.....now I'm in a oficial Xfinity store at Boynton Beach trying to get the phone work again....

12-22-2025 At 6:56 pm one of your representatives treated like it a piece of trash. And the other co-worker laughing. I went to the store to ask one question. I going to scale the issues. The two employees laughing move to back and let the store empty. The taller with many braids tied together like a ponytail is the one.
