Ash was amazing from start to finish! We came from the West Palm Beach Location after being rushed out by the rude manager because it was 6:50PM. He took the time to help us. We bought 2 new phones, a new Apple Watch, and tons of accessories. I am currently in retail management and his customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend him and we will definitely return to this location.

Went into get a new phone, very limited selection. Purchased a Samsung galaxy and asked the rep to insure phone, text were working. Also to transfer my contacts, photos, text msgs. I was told it would take 24 hrs to do so.After trying to handle issues myself, I went to the new corporate store on Congress Ave where David spent 30 minutes taking care of me. I will never visit Greenacres store again and neither should anyone else.On way home, I was not able to connect to a network

I recently went there. I had a really bad experience with the guys that were working there. They didn’t really treat me well and the guy who was helping me he seemed to be in a hurry and he rushed me. I hope they will improve the costumer experience.

Every single time I walk into this location, I really just want to walk right back out. No one ever greets you, and you can see the reluctance to even help. Today was no different. I walked into the store, and one representative was dealing with a customer while the other rep just walked to the back without saying a word. Two persons then came from the back, and one asked if they could help, then said the systems were down since this afternoon. Another guy showed him which system to use, and he finally "decided" to help and quoted me a price higher than even what I had before smh. I hate doing this kind of reviews but this store needs to do BETTER. Worst service I have ever received anywhere. If they are NOT comfortable dealing with ALL races, they need to find another job.

Wow!! Rayan gets 5 stars from me and my family. We had a high bill. Rayan broke down the bill and explained why we had a high bill. He put us under a package and gave us a free phone for a discount. We just received our bill and it’s now only $152 which it used to be $270. And we only pay $15 for a mobile phone each month. Rayan is a superior salesman. He stayed in contact with us all throughout and answered any question. Rayan is a good example of Xfinity and should be recognized and treated as an asset!!!! -Jane

Barely greeted me, was silent the whole transaction and ended up giving me a router that didn't support my high speed plan even though that's why I came in to trade... Then had the nerve to say give him a good review. Avoid

My experience at this location was awful. Some of the employees were very rude and disrespectful. The guy that was helping me (They said his name is Henry) refused to give me a receipt for returned equipment, and he hid behind a door, leaving me standing in front of the service counter! The lady there said I would receive my receipt via email within 24 hours, which I never received it!I requested to speak to a manager, and they said there were no manager there!VERY BAD EXPERIECE, I think 1 in the review it is too much for what they deserve!DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Was told by an xfinity representative over the phone that I needed to bring my phone to the xfinity store because it was locked up. I made an appointment. When I got there the store was pretty empty. The gentleman at the last register from the door was very quick to call me to help.He looked at the phone, I told him what was wrong and that I was told to come to the store so they could help me. He looked at me and very condescending said "what am I supposed to do about it, I can't do anything ".I left the store very disappointed and called Samsung. The customer service representative tried to help me over the phone, was very patient, however, nothing we tried worked. She setup service for me at Ubreakifix in Boynton Beach, took it there and within literally 2 seconds they had it fixed.Would not recommend this location to anyone. FYI, I have been an xfinity customer for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with any of their services or representatives.

I would avoid this location at all costs due to the treatment I received from their new employee Jose. I was getting confused during the checkout process and Jose decided to crack a joke at my expense and laugh at me with his coworker instead of trying to help me understand. When I came back later that day because my modem wasn’t working, Jose doubled down on his disrespect towards me, refusing to help me or provide me his supervisor’s contact information. I will be going with another location, possibly even another provider altogether, as a result of Jose’s abysmal customer service.

Terrible customer service. It was fast to return my cable box, however I was standing for quite a while until they called me over . It wasn’t busy at all. The employees were teenager straight out of highschool talking about their drama instead of attending me when there was one other customer bedside me. DONT EVER GO HERE TRY DELRAY OR BOCA

There is a bald gentleman that worked on 6/21/23 around 11am. He was helping an older Hispanic woman. He was rude, condescending and unprofessional. She was speaking to him in English attempting to explain what she needed. He interrupted her many times and raised his voice while speaking to her that the entire line to the front door heard. Speaking to someone in a different language while raising your voice does not translate the language. There needs to be an intervention and some cultural diversity teaching. Greenacres is the home to many hispanics. Maybe he should be relocated and trained.

Was sent here by Xfinity on the phone, because a credit hadn't been applied to a paid off phone.When I got there a tall "gentleman" in a blue shirt and puffy hair explained that he was unable to help me becasue they are a 3rd party. He told me maybe a corporate office somewhere in Del Rey could help me.To call Xfinty mobiles customer service bad is an insult to the word bad.Save yourself the nightmare... run from Xfinity Mobile

The worst service. I’m coming second time for two days already to get 2 extra phone lines on my existing account. Not so big deal. First day I was told to bring my phones to get SIM cards. That’s ok I came back next day at 7pm and 3 guys inside were just turning back each customer coming inside.
