I'm in the downtown Groveland area so I stopped by this place never been in a Family Dollar the staff was friendly and the prices were okay

My husband and I are new to town. We purchased a couple of items that didn't work out. We tried to return the items, but we cannot locate our receipt. We thought maybe we could get a store credit. Instead we were informed by the young man working there without a receipt we could not process the return.
