I went in on Monday. And I regret coming in I’ve never had my hair so uneven from the one lady who cut my hair. I got ahold of someone who I know personally there, and I wish she was their Monday so she could cut my hair!!! The lady I know personally even offered me to come back and she would fix it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by my hair. My young lady was gonna fix someone’s mess up! Mind you I live an hour away. Eventually great clips will get my service but I know have trust issues with the coworkers

The worst of the worst I've ever had. No style...she cut one side short the other long and the back is so uneven. I kept telling her and asking her if my style would hold. I asked her to blow dry and spray. She didn't and rushed me thru. I now have to go to a professional to fix the horrible haircut. It's so embarrassing to be seen like this.

Usually I get a good cut there. Paula always does a great job. However their prices are out of control. This franchise seems to never have coupons. I see others for other areas but not here. Unfortunately, this is close and convenient but with these tight economic times I will just have to go to a place that offer deals.

I got a men’s haircut there I told the lady what I wanted she didn’t listen to a thing I said. She basically buzzed all my hair off!!! She rushed through the haircut basically grabbed all my hair and pushed the clippers through hard! This lady shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair honestly it was the worst haircut ever and I wish I didn’t pay for it could have done better at home

Was highly disappointed to the point of crying. I asked for a shoulder length butterfly cut and face framing. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible before I had an embarrassing blow out. My haircut looked atrocious. There was no styling involved just blunt cuts. And she kept missing strands of hair. Even after making sure twice that she didn't miss anything.

One thing—you can’t depend on is getting the same stylist each time. Can be good. Can be bad, but I was happy with the stylist who trimmed my hair. Hopefully if the manager isn’t there, another proficient stylist will be there.
