“What I wanna say, is that, Julio, the manager's assistance of the store in Groveland FL is not good assistents, He's the best, he's above and beyond, he gave me all the time necessary to resolve my issue with returning a defect item, which I don't know where I put my receipt or my order number, and I call
him about 10 times, no kidding, maybe about 12 times or maybe 15 times today, May 04th, 2025, and he gave me all the attention every time I call.
The other supervisor and manager at the store should learn from him how not to be good, but learn with Mr. Julio how to be the best like him is, Mr. Julio, you are the best ever you are top notch.”

“I was looking for a specific cordless drill and one of the employees, Ivonne assisted me in finding it but it took a long time to find it because there were only a couple in stock and we’re not in the location they should have been. But Ivonne was amazing at sticking with me trying to find it and I wanted to recognize her for her efforts. Thank you Ivonne!”

“I just want to give a special recognition to Dylan B from the Clermont store for an OUTSTANDING customer service experience. About two weeks ago, I was actually trying to do a self checkout with a gift card purchase and Dylan approached me to offer assistance and was kind enough not only to offer help, but to listen and understand the issue I was having using gift cards online. Dylan went above and beyond by taking me to a separate cashier and not only helped me with the gift cards, also offered to order the item that I was trying to buy online and is not available in store yet.
I have to sincerely say that this is probably the BEST interaction I have had at Lowes, and the customer service experience that Dylan provided, greatly exceeded my expectations. Great job Dylan B!”
