Koncyk Automotive Services is an honest and professional mechanic shop. Customers describe the staff as great, friendly, and very knowledgeable people to work with. The shop itself is noted for being very clean, and vehicles are returned clean after service. They provide a wide range of services, including electrical diagnostics, oil changes, air conditioning repair, and transmission repair. Reviews highlight that they are upfront and saved one customer thousands of dollars by finding a simple fuse issue instead of an unnecessary engine replacement. Service is prompt, with repairs often completed quickly, sometimes within a day. Appointments are easy to schedule. While some repairs can be expensive, customers feel taken care of and appreciate the honest recommendations for long-term savings. They are highly recommended for any automotive service needs.

Julie and James are extremely reliable and equally knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot say enough great things about the team at Koncyk. Our family of 6 only goes to them for over 5 years.
