This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. It is a shame that no one cares at this pharmacy about the customer. The store is great but the service at the pharmacy is terrible.

Last night, I went through the drive-through and dropped off a prescription that I was told to be filled in an hour and a half. It was very close to closing. I came the next morning when I got there Natalie was working the pharmacy window. At least that’s the name she gave and I told her that I was here to pick up my prescription. She explained to me that the prescription was not filled. I told her that I was told last night That it was she told me that I needed to drive around and wait and she’d work on it I explained her I have an appointment. I was just wondering how long it was gonna take. She responded with me saying you have two options. You can either come back another time or you could wait. I told her she was very rude and I just wanted a timeframe. I asked her what her name was that she refused to give it to me and I said again, please tell me your name and she said why I said because I want to know your name so I can call And tell my experience she still again refused to give me her name. She began to argue with me while I was just sitting there, not even responding to her to the point. The pharmacist had to come up and tell her to step away from the window. Her aggression and anger is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. The pharmacist that was working was very nice and she is substituting at the pharmacy today and she did get the girls name from the other employees, but I still don’t know if that’s her real name

The pharmacist there, is a power hungry, inconsiderate, very rude. I will no longer go there just for that reason alone. If he don't like the medicine you are prescribed by your own Dr he won't fill it.

This location is a huge disappointment. I only go to them because they are close to my house. I take sleeping medication and I called in for a refill the day before. The next day I went to pick it up and their entire system was down. I can’t transfer the medicine, they can’t transfer it to another pharmacy, I couldn’t transfer it to another pharmacy - absolutely nothing! All because it’s a controlled substance and their phones were down. I wasn’t told this important information earlier so I went home and went back later in the day thinking the system was back up - no it wasn’t - remember, I can’t call because their phones are down. I called the Clermont location because the Groveland location’s phones are not working. They said Groveland had to call or I have to get in touch with my doctor on a Friday at 5:00 PM. I decided why not write a review while I’m up because I can’t sleep anyway. I will be going back to CVS. In my 20 years of picking up prescriptions, I have never experienced this. NEVER! Not my error, not the doctor’s error - because the system is down. Tip: always get a written script for controlled substances. It will avoid you getting into a situation like this. The pharmacy will not be able to do a darn thing for you and in this case until their system is fixed which is whenever. A pharmacy not being able to dispense medication. Wow!
