My car recently broke down, and I couldn't drive it without it over heating. The first place i parked it at was Ace hardware cause that was the closest place to me at that moment. At the time i had my dog with me and i couldn't run my AC or anything cause of this. I was there for a few hours. They came and offered to check out my car to see if it was something that could be fixed there and then send me on my way. Sadly it wasn't. The workers, we're constantly checking on me to make sure I was okay, making sure ma and my dog had water, making sure I had someone to pick me up, and just overall seeing if i needed any help. They even offered me and my dog to stay inside while we waited due to the fact is was super hot outside. Overall, they were very sweet and caring, and helped out even though they didn't need too. Even though i wasn't a customer, I can see how much care and effort they put into, not only customers, but people in general. They welcomed me with a smile in a tough spot, and for that I am forever grateful.

Had a water line leak in my RV. They helped me figure out what parts to use to make up a fitting to replace the defective fitting. I'm mechanically inclined and still would have NEVER figured out that alternative. They really know their stock and their stuff.
