I wish I could give it a zero. You can not get a live human to answer a rountine if the issue is not covered by their automated system. I tried about 20 times during banking hours on three different days. The legnthy recorded introductions are a waste of time. It's about a simple beneficiary change in the even of my death. I use three differerent banks here in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Naval Federal and Synovis had immediate answers to my simple question over the phone ... from live human beings.

Worst BOFA in the COUNTRY!!!! Time and time again I am met with HORRIBLE service and untrained staff.

Love Bank of America - it has been my bank for years that I have used around the world and of course throughout the state of Florida. But must say that I am STUNNED by how incredibly slow and uncostumer focused the BOA is in Gulf Breeze, FL 32561. There is one person who assists customers (besides the tellers - who are always outstanding), when there are at least 2 others able to assist customers. You can guarantee to be hanging around at least 1 hour! 1 Hour?! Time is money for everyone - I just don't know how this branch is able to sustain. Never saw anything like this in my life.
