The women who work at PNC in Gulf Breeze are so sweet and friendly! That being said, I will be withdrawing and closing my business account just as soon as the second check I deposited clears. The amount of time they hold both deposits that I have made WITHOUT any notification is completely ridiculous! In this day and age 10 days for “fraud verification” is crazy! Especially when the checks are from the SAME company and written off of a Regions account. Regions is literally 2 blocks away! If you can’t do it over the phone, fax or email, send someone over there!!! Maybe it takes them so long because they only keep a staff of two people? My advice is if you deal with big money, go to a bank that can handle it, NOT PNS!!!!!

I am always amazed at the wonderful personal attention that I get from the Gulf Breeze BBVA bank. It's such a small town supportive office, and I'm grateful for all of the great customer service I have gotten over almost 20 years I've been with the bank.

WORST BANK EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Pulled my credit for a loan application that was withdrawn and will not remove the inquiry. Would wait weeks to get updates from branch manager just to get ignored and have to track down on a weekly basis. These people will waste your time money and energy until there’s none left! Management doesn’t care all the way up to the Regional District level Doug Wood who’s extremely pompass and condescending. No wonder they are not a Fortune 500 Bank and for good reason.

No one knows what anyone is doing complete nightmare. Would wait weeks to get updates from branch manager just to get ignored and have to track down on a weekly basis. These people will waste your time money and energy until there's none left! Management doesn't care all the way up to the Regional District level Doug Wood who's extremely pompass and condescending. Horrible customer service treat you like you mean nothing and their time is way more important than yours. No wonder they are not a Fortune 500 Bank and for good reason.

This is the absolute worst BBVA location that I’ve been to. I drive 30 minutes to go to different locations now. When driving to their window, there’s a woman that always works it, and it literally takes her 20+ minutes to come EVERY TIME! One time another person had to come to the window and greet me and let me know that she was coming. Even after that, it took her 15 minutes to actually come. It’s never busy on the inside, so I don’t feel that there’s an excuse for it.

I have been trying for a month to complete a loan and have had to return to the bank at least 5 times and have made over 10 calls to them. I would never again obtain a loan from them. I have tried to call the branch and get an automated answer that will not give me a real voice, not a good place to bank.
