If you need a good place to go for storage you have found it! The staff are very professional and will care for all of your needs with a smile! The grounds are also kept very clean all the time!

They didn't have the size I wanted, so I took a smaller one. And now I'm glad I did. All my stuff fit with room to spare. The process was easy and Richard was nice and helpful.

I did not have a good experience with this storage facility. I rented a unit online, moved some of my belongings into the unit. Upon visiting the unit for the first time immediately upon opening the door I noticed the ceiling was coming down and a small puddle of water on the floor in the front corner of the unit. The next day when they were staffed and open I called to notify them and then was told that the unit should not have been able to be rented to me in the first place and that I would need to move my belongings out of the unit?! No transfer or accommodations were able to be made as they didn’t have any other units that would match my needs. On top of being in the middle of moving - this caused even more of a headache for me and complete waste of time due to either a faulty system or someone potentially not doing their job and blocking off the unit to be rented. I then had to find a completely different storage facility to move my things too. I would not recommend this company to others.

We've had both a positive and negative experience with move it storage. We paid for a climate control storage unit and had several issues with the AC cooling the unit. It took a very long time to get the AC fixed and management did not communicate very well with us during this time. Another time the AC was broke and it could not be fixed. Management offered us another unit, but we had to move all our possessions ourself with no assistance from management. Also the prices seem to go up dramatically the longer you have the unit, there are no incentives to be a long term customer. On a positive note, the units were very clean.

It's been a few weeks since I first rented my unit, and I continue to be impressed by the level of care and professionalism Richard brings to his work. Every interaction since has been just as positive—he remains attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to making sure everything runs smoothly.
Whether it's a quick question or a billing clarification, Richard handles it all with patience and efficiency. It's rare to find someone who consistently goes the extra mile, and Richard does just that. I’m still incredibly satisfied with my storage experience and feel confident knowing my belongings are in good hands.

I had a great experience at Move It Storage thanks to Richard! When I went to my unit to grab a few things, I discovered that my lock had rusted and I couldn't get it open. I went to the office for help, and Richard was incredibly kind and quick to assist. He came with me to my unit and went out of his way to help me gain entry. He was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service like this is rare. Thank you Richard!
