My good friend Tom has an electric bike from China I can't pronounce the name but the model is a cheetah. It needed new brake pads we were told at several other shops nobody works I took him to a shop in fort Walton and was treated very rudely. Ended up a friend told me to check out Eric at bikes Plus so we did and we were so happy we did he worked on a bicycle that was almost impossible to fix he got it done in the bike feels and runs better than it did when we bought it. Thank you Eric for helping my friend. He is an ole grumpy man but he is a good man. And the price was perfect. You have a customer for life now.

Bikes Plus is a great local company that represents the best of Pensacola. My wife and I recently purchased 2 Velotric EBikes from Eric and Karen. We became fans of Bikes Plus when we took our other bikes in for minor service at the Pensacola store. Chris (Eric’s son), always takes care of us, listens to our problem with our bikes and fixes them with an explanation.Bikes Plus is a great family business with exceptional service. I recently bought a bike after not riding in decades and made the mistake of putting it together without professional help. While it was semi-rideable, it wasn’t great. I took it in for a tune up, had a fast turn around, and ALL of my issues were fixed at a super reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I had a tuneup on my bike at Bikes Plus Gulf Breeze. Karen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about tire options for the type of riding I do. Today the bike rides like it is brand new out of the box, shifting is smooth and quiet. Awesome team there

I recently met a young man who has been homeless for 3 months, no drugs or alcohol just some really bad times. I'm trying to get off his feet and on a bike and thanks to Bikes Plus in Gulf Breeze they made it work out. My husband and I purchased 2 Sun Seeker Fat Tad recumbent e-trikes from Eric at Bikes Plus in Gulf Breeze. It was the most enjoyable bike purchase that we have ever made (and we've purchased a lot of bikes through the years). Eric and his team were extremely nice and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure our experience was exceptional. They are professional and honest and care deeply about their customers.
