Dan is such a knowledgeable pharmacist !! He is excellent at answering my questions about otc drug interactions w my current meds. His assistants are quick and helpful. Really like this CVS pharmacy.

They just can't get it together. I've been patient with them but enough is enough. Same month same problem every single month. I could see if there were only 2or3 of you guys trying to do everything but I see 5or6 people working in pharmacy each time I go. The techs are trying there hardest so I don't want anyone to think I'm talking about them, but it's just poorly managed. It's important for me to get my meds on time! Some people's lives depend on it and they seem like they can care less. This is my last month my health will not be put at risk due to there negligence.

I’m an Uber driver. I was outside of the store for two minutes parked in a red zone waiting for my Rider because they are elderly and I did not want them to have to cross the entire parking lot just to get in my car. The manager walked outside and aggressively demanded that I removed myself from the red zone. I explained I was waiting for an Uber rider that was elderly and he said I do not care you need to move. Clearly, he was agitated at something else, and he decided to take it out on me, which makes me believe that he does it to other customers as well. (Update, the passenger was handicap and in a wheel chair, I was not aware of this until he exited the building)

I had ordered some Lumify eyedrops online but my local CVS was out of stock . I had to travel to another location and it was a great experience. For some reason my CVS extra bucks were not available but the store manager who checked me out made sure I got credit. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely drive the extra distance again knowing what great customer service they offer

Gene is the most unprofessional pharmacist on earth .was told by the answering prescription service my prescription will be ready after 3..drove to pharmacy and was told by the pharmacist in the window after checking computer that it will be ready in 30 minutes. When I returned in 30 minutes was then rudely told by Gene that I had to return in 2 days. When they had twice before told it would be ready. They have filled prescription early on several other occasions. I was treated like a junkie after just trying to pick up a Dr prescription. Not opioids. switching to publix

I absolutely love driving 40 minutes to go to an appointment at this MinuteClinc for them to NOT SEND MY PRESCRIPTION. Absolutely adore the incompetence and the hour long hold music I had to listen to just to be told no one can do jack and that CVS is comprised of a bunch of idiots incapable of doing their job. They can't even call each other. This should have been a simple call to the doctor to confirm the prescription.

I went there for a Tetanus vaccine. They were very helpful, friendly and fast. Jean was especially helpful in answering questions.

On vacation from Tennessee and had prescriptions called in from out of state doctor, insurance not accepted here....so, Chris took time to find us the best discount.
