The woman working the drive thru had a 20 minute conversation with the old woman in front. Of me which had NOTHING to do with her medication. I blame the management of this specific location because she lacked the basic training in proper protocol thar conversations and consulting with patients should be held inside the pharmacy and NOT the drive thru which was put in place for express service. I wish aI could give them less than 2 stars but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you NEVER use this location!💯😡

This was my first visit to the Gulf Breeze (store 4155) location and it was a great experience. Makenzie/Makalya (I apologize, I forgot her exact name) was wonderful and very help at check out and I witnessed her just as kind to other customers she assisted.

I'm 5 star happy they're open on Thanksgiving! Employee was happy to be making extra $, great people there! My only issue was paying 7.29 for milk!

Becky and Allison were amazing to deal with! I was frustrated with my doctors office for a lack in communication trying to get my prescription filled but Becky and Allison picked up in communication where the doctors office lacked. Becky reached out to me with multiple updates and even made some calls on my behalf to help sort things out. Without them I would have been waiting another 4-5 days for my medication. Super friendly, extremely helpful and very communicative. Will definitely be using them as my go to medication pharmacy!!!

A big shout-out to Mackenzie and Anna for their excellent customer service! The other day, I paid for some items at self-checkout and forgot the bag. I showed them my receipt from the app. They didn’t have to believe me and could have just brushed it off. However, they went above and beyond my expectations by viewing the camera footage to confirm that I had indeed paid for my items but forgot to take them home with me. They then returned the items to me. Thanks again for your kindness and help today!

Wow!!! I was in and out in 15 minutes with a prescription for my son. The ladies in the pharmacy are tops!!! And thankfully open after 7pm. Thank you!!
