Easiest Drop off I've found just pull in and they come out and load up some carts, for those needing a receipt for tax purposes you can get that too!

I visited this Goodwill location today, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience due to the rude behavior of an employee. I was shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional they were.
I understand that everyone has bad days, but this level of disrespect was unacceptable and left a bad impression of the store. I hope management addresses this behavior.
I’ll be reconsidering my future visits here unless customer service improves.

Terrible experience dropping off items, women cursing under her breath at me, rolling her eyes, she’s very upset at anyone who doesn’t park directly sideways to the facility. It really makes me not want to donate at this location.

I've donated tens of thousands of dollars worth of items to this location over the years at all hours and they never complained, but as soon as I'm going through a rough patch in life and show up there frequently, they tell me I can't donate my items unless it fits in the blue bin. The thing is, I have filled that blue bin to the brim almost a dozen times, and had leftovers to make a pile on the side just like everyone else does all the time at all hours. People even pick through to take the glassware, crystalware, furniture, electronics, and high quality utensils during the night, cleaning up some items or creating a mess which I didn't cause.
Now my only nearby option for off-hours donation, which is done nearly 24/7 because of a rush, is to leave valuable items piled up in a parking lot or by the road. For a site that operates to generate a resell profit from free items, where they probably discard many valuables which are more niche anyway, many of which are in the hundreds to thousands price range including furniture, the one lady is very picky about how that has to happen to convenience her when she opens the door in the morning. I get the vibe that they have worked in the medical industry or come from germanic ancestry, which can contribute to how someone feels comfortable acting.
So, in summary, if your items fit their perception of useful for making money quickly and easily, and are done in small quantities in a specific blue box at night or on their wheeled carts during working hours, and you don't care about the profit generated because everything is discounted for the less fortunate later, then go ahead and use it, but rumors say that some nearby faith-based donation shops are nicer, and get useful items of all kinds out to the community in a more empathetic way, though I haven't had experience donating there myself, yet.

3 stars cause it’s a convenient location. I am gonna say though that if you get a job working for a company called “Goodwill” you may wanna take that into consideration when deciding on what kind of attitude you’re deciding to put on. Dude here is always kind of a jerk every time I go. Tryna build good karma here dude, hard to be on a positive high if I drive away sad or mad because you’re throwin bad vibes out to everyone

I’ve donated to Goodwills all across Florida and SC and this place is the worst of the worst. Staff is never friendly and genuinely seems put out that you’re donating. Every other one, helpers will help load your car if you need assistance. Today I needed help due to a wrist injury and the person there was genuinely mad at me for asking for help then literally threw the breakable items onto a cart and I could hear it breaking in the box. I will find anywhere else to donate from now on. I’ve never been made to feel like such a burden for trying to donate in hopes that someone else can use what I’m not longer using.

Grumpy staff member told me to use cart. Then didn't like the way I stacked the boxes. Then got upset when she couldn't wheel the cart through the door

Just wanted to say that I absolutely love having the Goodwill Drop off place so close to my house. I use it frequently but this last visit was so nice. Miss Cathy was a total southern Belle and helped me unload my entire trunk. I felt so bad dropping off so much stuff at once but she made me feel comfortable and was just such a blessing to me on a day where I wasn’t feeling my best. Customer service is so important - especially these days where it’s not seen as much. Thank you Miss Cathy for your help and compassion today! You made a difference.

Goodwill Gulf Coast is a cash grab organization. The donation person didn't even speak to me or thank me for my donation. Guess they are too worried about profits to care.
