I’ve donated to Goodwills all across Florida and SC and this place is the worst of the worst. Staff is never friendly and genuinely seems put out that you’re donating. Every other one, helpers will help load your car if you need assistance. Today I needed help due to a wrist injury and the person there was genuinely mad at me for asking for help then literally threw the breakable items onto a cart and I could hear it breaking in the box. I will find anywhere else to donate from now on. I’ve never been made to feel like such a burden for trying to donate in hopes that someone else can use what I’m not longer using.

Grumpy staff member told me to use cart. Then didn't like the way I stacked the boxes. Then got upset when she couldn't wheel the cart through the door

Just wanted to say that I absolutely love having the Goodwill Drop off place so close to my house. I use it frequently but this last visit was so nice. Miss Cathy was a total southern Belle and helped me unload my entire trunk. I felt so bad dropping off so much stuff at once but she made me feel comfortable and was just such a blessing to me on a day where I wasn’t feeling my best. Customer service is so important - especially these days where it’s not seen as much. Thank you Miss Cathy for your help and compassion today! You made a difference.

Goodwill Gulf Coast is a cash grab organization. The donation person didn't even speak to me or thank me for my donation. Guess they are too worried about profits to care.

Dropped off some patio chairs and was yelled at by the lady in attendance. I tried asking her if we should bring it another day because I noticed the handwritten “no furniture” sign as my husband was taking a chair out of the car, and she interrupted me, screaming about how it had to be put on the other side of the building. She grabbed the chair out of my hands, catching the leg of it on my shorts and almost ripping them off. My husband met her at the other side with the rest of the pieces, and she was screaming at him and throwing the pieces down. She was unbelievably rude and angry.

Always a pleasant experience dropping of donations. The woman that works there is always pleasant, cheerful and ready to help.

I donated a trailer-load of sellable items left over from a multi-family yard sale (not junk or trash by any means). They took them. So, that was great.But.......The lady working there had a bad attitude and didn't help unload. Both of these things were off-putting. When I had donated items in the past.I usually have a very polite and cheerful person assist. This was the opposite experience. She complained about the quantity of stuff and went about working inside as we unloaded ourselves. It was as if I gave her more work to do and not make a charitable donation.

Mr.Calvin and Mr.Mike helped us unload two couches today even though they barely had room. They were very polite and helped us greatly! Thanks to the two men there, we now have room for out new furnishings.

This is a donation drop of location. Easy drop off. They have carts available if needed. This location also had an outside, slotted, drop container, in case you arrive after they have closed.
