For the past couple months I have been staying in Gulf breeze and use this gym exclusively. It's super clean everybody has their own bottle of cleaner and a fresh towel to wipe down all the equipment after you've used it. Everyone has been friendly no matter what time I go there early in the morning late at night midday it's a truly wonderful vibe. Due to family circumstances I have to move back

I grew up in GB this has always been the best gym in the area. I even worked here my senior year before i went to college (2012). Recently the gym has even been renovated and gotten even better. It's an athletes dream. Punching bags, heavy weights, tons of room, good energy and music. My personal favorite is that this is the last gym of a dying breed that still gives out towels when you workout! I always tend to get the best workouts in this gym. Shoutout to Tony for making and keeping this place amazing.

Great spin class this morning! Steve, who usually does not teach Fri 5:30am, stepped in as a sub for us and we were very thankful. It was a challenging class! The bikes are nice and the room is comfortable. Plenty of room to socially distance.

Never resolved my issue when they continued to charge me for training even months after. I’ve been up there and called more then 10 times. I finally gave up. They refunded partial but there was a problem with that and they never credited back the rest they owe me. Didn’t seem like they cared much at all, and no one has contacted me. They stole $140 from me, simple as that. I regret being understanding and patient in the beginning.

I have never been treated as poorly as I was by the team at this gym. I've experienced billing issues with them for months and have been waiting for weeks on this "3-5 business day reimbursement" that I'm convinced will never show. The manager there, Lex, was incredibly rude to me on the phone and in-person. Reacted harshly when I called in questioning for the 3rd time about my refund. He was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I dropped my membership after a nasty conversation with him and never received an apology. I never raised my voice or got hostile but I did stand up for how I was spoken to and treated and was totally dismissed. Customer service is non-existent. I also frequently felt uncomfortable there as a young female by comments made by the staff as I came in and out daily. I should have trusted my gut from the start on this one. Not a positive fitness environment and what a sad way to lose customers.

GBAF has a lot of loyal customers who deserve better equipment. The trainers are good and are dedicated to clients, but are not paid a living wage. I have been a member for a few years but am disappointed in the quality of equipment. The gym has many clients, so I am not sure why they cannot purchase newer equipment and pay their trainers better. The lack of consistency in staff is likely due to low pay.

If you're looking for a place to go in and work out without being bothered or overcrowded this is the place. Love that it's 24 hour convenience and as long as you give them a months notice, you can cancel at any time. Truly a hassle free gym experience that is hard to find at some of those super-gyms. Can't believe this has such a low rating. They're weights... you just lift them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm guessing the horrible earlier reviews were with the previous management. I have been a member here for almost a year and I don't have a single complaint. The gym is now open 24 hrs and is always very clean. I have worked out at multiple times during the day and it's never packed. The staff has always been nice to my wife and I. They have most of the equipment that you may need.
