I was in the store today and I was absolutely amazed with how incredibly respectful and caring the staff were, I walked out with 12 pieces of clothing for less than 40$. The store was well kept, tidy, and the clothes were organized well and easy to find, I will most definitely be coming back to shop here again

I went in to see what they had and I seen some things I would of bought but they are extremely over priced on things that are donated to them and I'm not a name brand kinda person so that doesn't matter to me but I thought thrift stores where for people that had low income and they would be able to shop and get the things they need I know of some of my friends that donate and they donate for the reason to help poor people to be able to purchase things they need but they couldn't come in this thrift store and afford any thing your just way over priced

Exceptional Staff and Finds!I recently visited Interfaith Ministries and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with such warmth and kindness that I immediately felt welcome. Their friendly and helpful nature truly sets this place apart. As I browsed, I was delighted to find an array of amazing items. Whether it was the unique selection or the quality of the products, everything seemed carefully chosen and well-maintained. I managed to find some incredible pieces that I cherish greatly, all thanks to the well-organized and diverse collection. What stood out most, however, was the evident dedication of the staff. Their commitment to the community and to providing a positive experience for everyone who walks through their doors is commendable. It's clear they don't just work here; they put their hearts into it, creating an environment that’s both inviting and uplifting.I left Interfaith Ministries feeling not just satisfied with my finds, but uplifted by the human connection and the positive atmosphere. It's more than just a store; it's a community hub where kindness and great finds come together. I highly recommend visiting and supporting this wonderful establishment.

Interfaith Thrift is one of my favorite places to shop. I have been “thrifting” for many years all along the Gulf Coast. I find that their prices are fair and the quality of items very good. I recently received a compliment on a purse I purchased there and I was proud to say where I got it. I recommend checking out the store. You never know what treasure you might find.

The staff is nice, but the only thing it's good for is old dvd players under 10 bucks and some glassware. I have been thrifting in the Gulf Breeze area for 10 years. and this store is always a letdown. The prices for anything likable aren't cheap. The finds are mediocre and have been getting worse over 10 years. The clothes are nothing special. It's always a last resort that I skip. If the prices were extremely cheap and not taken from eBay, that would make up for the lack of good items. I understand that inflation is rough in the 2020s, but the prices have been expensive, and the finds are nothing special for the past 10 years. It's always a last resort. You would be better off going to a pawn shop for the prices they ask for.

This is, by far, the worst thrift store within a 20 mile radius. From the outrageous prices and horrible selection to the rude volunteers, I despise this store. In the 4 years we have lived here, I have never found anything to purchase in the store. I keep stopping by a couple times a year hoping things have changed. Especially the snobby,Rude cashiers. The poor quality of the donated items that make it to the floor, especially the clothes, is shameful. Stretched out , faded, balled up sweaters. Standed and ripped kids clothes. It is just sad. There are piles and piles of donated items in the back of the store but nothing ever gets put on the floor?? I tried to donate some very nice items and the volunteer in the front refused to accept my small bag of designer clothes that still had original tags. Without even looking in the bag, and barely looking up at me, she said "we only take nice clothes, and the person isn't here today". Wow! Rude! I noticed in the last couple of years there have been sickening sweet 5 star reviews. I can only assume they are from their own volunteers. There are many people in the public that share my opinion. I have had friends try to organize a large donation and the volunteer who answered the phone couldn't have care less. I have family and friends who came in town and stopped by there on the way to my house, come in my house in shock from how rude The folks that run this part of the volunteer were. The Ministry needs to look across the street, look at what they are doing!Copy their ethics and attitudes and maybe business will grow.Word of mouth is your best marketing.

We stopped by here on a rainy day - not even sure why. The lady working grumpily implied that our 3 year old should ride in the shopping cart because there were lots of “breakable things”1. I’m the parent. Ive got this under control. I don’t need you to tell me what to do.2. If my child broke one of your items (that you got for free through other peoples donations) I would handle it. I highly doubt there was anything in there so breakable and irreplaceable that would warrant these kind of comments.

As a volunteer and shopper for almost two decades I can say without a doubt this is a God loving, community supporting amazing business. They do everything they can to help those in need but I can say from experience they do not take shoplifting lightly. Being immersed in cameras and just the thought of stealing from the community should be enough to hinder those feeling inclined but as viewable from the previous review some people still feel inclined to try. To deny something as a mistake after being clearly recorded stealing does not justify the action.

Rude staff! Felt immediately judged as my family entered. I was even caught off guard with how uncomfortable it was inside due to the more senior employee in particular. Will never go back again and will never recommend this location.

I found Interfaith Ministries right after moving here. The kindness and knowledge of the volunteers who work there is a bonus. Most everything there is very reasonable, interesting, and probably some valuable pieces. They are a community resource who help others, Im a witness. Local restaurants donate bread, rolls, pastries that anyone can take for free. Their donation center in the back is open when the gates are roughly 10-2 daily, but call and check. They will come and take your bagged or boxed items from your car into their receiving area. Anything not clean and ready to sell will not get a high priority place on the floor but us tossed in a box in the back room. I am not sure if they give those away. Highly recommend this thrift store.

Very nice thrift shop that is more than it appears, there is a good selection of thrift items as well as consignment items, handmade and discounted retail items. The store is clean, well organized and everything is labeled so you don't have to keep asking what the price is. The staff is friendly and approachable and knowledgeable about what they have in stock. I almost didn't stop in due to the negative reviews but glad I decided to wait and make my own judgement and so glad I did. I went hoping to find a pair of shorts or two, found 4 pair!!! I'd much rather shop here than a store like Goodwill, at this shop the sales go to help the local community.

interfaith Thrift is now more middle of the road pricing with quality products that you can't find in any retail store because they are given to us from donations. Our customer clientele is excellent. We receive a lot of high-quality products from people in the upper income bracket wishing to donate there Quality merchandise that they have had for many years and now is to hand them down so that the underserved and low income families can enjoy them as much as they once did So that the underserved underprivileged can have something as nice as they once had. Interfaith also has new items that they receive from warehouses. At wholesale prices. Please stop in for a visit. And if you have an item that you wish to put on consignment, they now do consignment furniture. Please stop by their jewelry department, for they have much to offer at reasonable prices. Thanks and God bless James herbstreith
