I read the negative reviews and would say that if someone has questions about their already existing Blue Cross policy and they are not Affiliated customers that their questions should be directed to Florida Blue directly. However, since I did purchase a Florida Blue policy through Affiliated, I have found them to be most helpful and responsive in answering all of my questions about my policy, the renewals, etc.”
