Overcharged me for impound services through the weekend. $575 for 2 days! My tire shredded on the 3 mile bridge. My phone had no service so I had to walk across the bridge to find wifi. By the time I made it back to my car it had already been towed. Gulf Breeze police called it in after only 20 minutes. Not only that but they also damaged my front bumper and had my car blocked in inside the impound lot as if I was going to try to steal it. And had a rock in front of my rear tire. I had 3 flat tires when I picked it up. It only had one to begin with.

First of all your driver was extremely rude he wanted to drag my vehicle instead of actually towing he said to bad call someone else and left I will say this BUYERS BEWARE this tow company will destroy your vehicle even more if you just let them do it any way they want unfortunately for them I actually care about my vehicle I literally asked him if he was going to boom it he said nope I said well you can’t just drag it on the truck and damage my bumper he said yep that’s exactly what I am planning on this company is a joke

Car was stuck in the sand. They were out quickly and pulled it out (called at 10:45PM from Pensacola Beach and we were back at our place in Gulf Breeze by 11:45PM). Thankful for them on such a late night. Very reasonable pricing, friendly, all around great experience.

An out of town visitor borrowed a vehicle and got stuck in the sand east of Dog Park East on Pensacola Beach. A very nice and polite Robert showed up within an hour with his giant truck and winch. Got us pulled out very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable. Great experience getting us pulled out of a bad situation. The person that took our call was very nice also. Highly recommend!

I was driving late at night and drove onto a median and was stuck! I called Matchett, as they’ve previously been recommended, and they were out in no time. I was so scared because it was so dark out, but Robert made me feel at ease and got my car taken care of. I will highly recommend Matchett in the future!

The lady who works in the office located in Pensacola, is very rude, she has no tact with the costumers , due to my ignorance I allowed this company to take my car, but I do not recommend it, especially because of the terrible treatment they give you, because we are not criminals, we are people who have had accidents and the last thing we want to cross our path is someone like her.Service: Long distance hauling
