This service is ridiculous. Outages every single day, multiple times a day, when it does work it's extremely intermittent. Way overpriced for terrible service. The only reason they get away with it is because they were the only service provider in Navarre, but that is changing. I have ATT fiber in my east Navarre house, switched as soon as it was available and it's been awesome. Now ATT and Live oak are laying down fiber in west Navarre... Bye bye Mediacom, you won't be missed.

I live in Webster City, IA, a damn long way from and a hell of a lot colder than Florida. I participated in the new Modem program and opted for self installation because I believe I can do everything myself. Today I couldn’t. Eric was my customer service rep and what an EXCEPTIONAL man. I’m also going to give a shoutout to his manager Jonathan because although I did not speak with him, this man you employ is so great I can only assume you are too. Customer service is tireless with no forgiveness and Eric wears it so well. Thank you for all your help and you making me so thankful to be a Mediacom customer. All blessings, good health, and rewards to you sir 🫶🏼

Upgraded to cable from internet. Guy came out went freaking screw happy instead running it . A few feet he screwed the box on my trailer 1000 screws around the top of trailer. The box hit my electrical lines. It was a sub contractor .
I settled at 500 but it was more messed lost 2 new tvs a computer a refrigerator and on and on. We can't plug nothing up not even a space heater. I'm a a senior citizen I can't afford this repair. Since you sub contract you should make sure they know what in the heck their doing. No cable box should be screwed in on a trailer DUHHHHHH. WE AREN'T WITH ANYMORE I NEED MY HOUSE THE WAY IT WAS PRIOR TO YOU SUB CONTRACTOR. HE KNEW WHAT HE DID. WAS SUPPOSED TO COME BACK IN AND FINISH UP. HE GOT IN HIS TRUCK AND LEFT. TOTALLY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET SOMEONE TO TALK TO ME.
IM COLD AND I NEED MY EVERYTHING YALL DID AND DAMAGED FIXED .

Fast and Friendly service, but slow internet speeds with the equipment provided. I was paying for 1 gig sevice, but rarely received over 100 mb down and more than 3 mb up speeds over wifi network.

I rarely have the opportunity to work from home but when i can, i need the internet to work in order to make mandatory meetings. The internet went down on me during a team meeting today and two weeks ago around 2pm on a thursday. Mediacom has let me down 2 out of 2 times this month. For120 a month it should rarely go out. Ready for live oak fiber to run down my street.

Worst customer service imaginable I can not wait to cancel the very first day they have competition at my address

100 dollars a month for it to keep going out. The customer support is horrible.

I would give a zero if I could. I spend 120+ a month for Mediacom to “start maintenance” in my area for three days straight. We work from home and have no way of tracking when the service will get cut off. If AT&T fiber was laid here I would’ve been left. I’m cancelling service soon anyway.

I ordered there highest speed internet In Gulf Breeze, Floridawhich is a 1000 which was supposed not let me buffer On my Very important zoom calls or streamingwhich after the first couple hours of being set up it started,so I learned they use speed test.net to see how fast your internet is, it averages between 16 and 40, which is less than 1/20 of what it’s supposed to be.After several long calls to Mediacom and all there diagnostics it still never worked, then two trips later with their service guys. It works for an hour or two and then goes right back to the slow speeds. Please please please do yourself a favor and find another Internet provider because this is a joke!!!

We are about to get at&t fiber. Mediacom was only able to stay in business because our area didn't have options. Calling in and trying to get a human is impossible. Service is down every day. You pay for faster internet and you get the same speeds as before but you pay $100 instead of $70. Moving from a city where everyone had affordable fast internet to this insane price and zero reliability. Blows my mind
