Nurse Practitioner Judy was wonderful at the MinuteClinic at CVS in Gulf Breeze proper. I don't like needles or shots and she was so good, I didn't feel a thing. Very kind, very professional - she made a stressful experience fun :)

I usually have a great experience here, however this time it was awful. I walked in and felt like I was an inconvenience for being sick….. even though that’s the whole point. I rated my pain a 7 on a scale of 1-10 and she basically told me that there is nothing that can be done. Left in the same amount of pain. A waste of time and unfriendly service.

We have used this clinic when our doctor’s office can’t get us in. Easy check in process. They are professional and have always been able to get us whatever treatment is needed.

My daughter had an ear infection when we were at the beach, and I needed her to be seen since we weren’t going home for a few more days. I found out about the MinuteClinic at CVS and took her in that same day. The nurse practitioner was extremely Kind, helpful and efficient in getting us what we needed that same day. The total visit took about 20 minutes and then only 15 minutes of waiting for the antibiotics. It was exactly what we needed and I will definitely be returning if necessary. They were outstanding.

Scheduled my appointment online. Check in was easy and I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I would recommend to schedule an appointment online, even though they do walk-ins. My prescription was ready within 5 minutes after my appointment, which was super convenient!

Unfortunately this is probably my last visit to this minute clinic. My last visit was pretty bad and today was a nightmare. First time and last time I will ever deal with Danelle Parker. She was rude and didn’t seem to want to try to be helpful at all. I’ve been a customer of this CVS since 2018 but the lack of customer service here has finally pushed my family and I away!

I was wary of going to this place because of the poor reviews but was so pleasantly surprised at the affordable cost and efficiency of this place. I needed antibiotics for a simple infection and Denelle was efficient, thorough, and quick. I scheduled an appt in the morning online, checked in 15 minutes before and was seen on time for my appt (which I read several reviews that said they waited forever and is unfortunate). One thing I noticed is that this is not an urgent care, emergency room, or doctors office. If you have something urgent or even slightly serious, go to urgent care and if you want a "how is your day" conversation, go to a doctors office. This is a 15 minute appt to figure out simple issues and works wonderfully for that purpose. I have highly recommended this great alternative to the ER or urgent care to my friends.

Both times I've been to this location the NP's have been excellent. Today I was in the office at my scheduled time and felt like Miss Samantha cared and took the time to explain my options. Excellent care and I will continue to use this Minute Clinic as needed.

Easy check in at Kiosk. This wait time was less than 30 minutes, one time needed go back for appt time. Which was so happy find a place see me in same day. I've been to Gulf Breeze CVS minute Clinic twice over a year time & had great confidence in the doctors I've seen there. They were concerned about me as a patient

Terrible service, or shall I say, no service. I made an appointment and received a confirmation. Thirty minutes before my appointment I received a reminder email. I drove to the CVS and was told " they should have called". No explanation and no apology, just we're closing now. Find someone better
