Front/Rear brake job performed timely, professionally, and affordable. The employee were professional courteous, and very friendly. Overall a good experience; we will definitely use Pep Boys again when needed.

Went in today to have them check my AC and they did just that and found the problem. Bob was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend going here for any of your vehicle troubles.

Made an appointment a day before for 8 am and was told it would only be a 30 min to 1hr wait time. Based on this, I was going to just wait for my car to be done. Upon arriving at 8 am the following day, I was asked if I wished to wait or come back, I stated I would wait and the customer service rep (extremely polite and professional) informed me that it would be quite some time as there were 3 in front of me. I understand this, but at this point I have not arranged for a ride based on the information given and what exactly is the point of an appointment time, if my car is not going to be worked on for several hours?
Extremely inconvenient as my day was scheduled around my appt. I will say the gentleman was extremely polite and offered options such as coming back later in the afternoon or an appt for another day. No issues regarding the staff at all, just the circumstances of the service.

Made an appointment for 3. I showed up at 2:30 hoping to get seen sooner. My truck did not move until 4:45. Only for them to tell me at 5:15 they could not fix my tire because the screw was too close to the side wall. Wouldn’t have minded if there weren’t 2 people sitting behind the counter doing nothing the entire time. Would’ve taken 5min to diagnose and send me on my way but they wasted my last day at the beach like everyone else in the waiting room. I work in the service industry and by god this was the most incompetent and unprofessional crew I have ever seen. Please stay away.

This was my first experience at their shop and I am extremely happy with the experience. I had a pleasant interaction with both Bob in person, and Cody over the phone. You could not ask for two better gentleman to represent your business. They have earned my future business and look forward to using them in the future! Thanks guys!

Whew, they rescued me. I punctured a tire (they were old). Pep Boys found a nice set of Coopers at 4 for the price of 3, and expertly installed, aligned and balanced them within an hour so I could pick up my daughter. Well done!

I could not ask for a better experience. My wife noticed her driver side rear tire was looking pretty low. I checked it and thought it must be a nail. There’s a lot of construction around our house. Rushed to Pep Boys right before they closed on a Saturday evening, by Sunday morning, they had the repair done. Had mentioned I was a veteran And the gentleman at the front desk gave us a great blessing. Gave me the keys and said just call it even, thanks for your service.
I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation. Pep Boys is awesome. Happy Independence Day to all and God Bless…

A while back I purchased 4 new tires and lifetime rotation, balance, and alignment.
So far it's been great and very beneficial adding that, and I'm certain it's already paid for itself.
The staff has always been respectful, hard working, and professional.
