I have all scheduled maintenance performed by Precision Tune. All done to factory standards. Much better $$ tha the dealer and much more convenient. Also have had repairs done quickly and expertly. Definitely am satisfied with Felcia and her team

Everyone at Precision Auto was just so friendly, helpful and kind!!!! I’m definitely their new customer after the great service they gave me!! They go out of their way to make sure they explain everything and definitely accommodated me!! I’m so happy to have discovered my new auto care place with these awesome people!! Every time I go back to Precision for auto care, I’m never disappointed about the whole service I’m receiving. Awesome bunch of people there that treat me like family. Always love to see them !!

Couldn’t be happier. Pretty evasive job. Valley pan gasket. Not the easiest car to get parts for but they got me in and out in a couple days and did a bit of preventative maintenance as well. Felicia and JOHN were very helpful and informative. They were able to look at the service history of my vehicle and told me that many of the things I was asking about were not scheduled yet. That saved me a lot of money.

Arrived at shop 8:55 am. Vehicle was immediately taken back for the oil change as manager said he had people standing around. After sitting on 1 hr, I walked around back seeing my tires being taken off. Told I got a free rotation with purchase of oil change. 1 hr later, I pulled away after being there 2 hrs. It’s no wonder Precision doesn’t promote 15-minute oil changes!

Dawson was very good at taking care of my car yesterday. He replaced the transmission fluid, replaced the brake fluid, did an oil change and tire rotation.

I took my car in for brakes. While driving home my brakes were not fixed. I took it back and they said they fixed it. My brakes were not fixed. I took it back and they said now it wasn’t my brakes and wanted another $1,000 to fix. I said no thank you and went somewhere else.
One of the times on my return trip I over heard the lady in front me and she had to bring her car back because Precision didn’t fix her car the 1st time. They have issues here and don’t have experience or reliable people.
I spoke with Brad; He said he took over as the new owner a few days ago. After speaking with Brad, he sounds like an owner who wants to do things the right way. Brad was very respectful. He assured me he is going to make things right with me regarding my car. I am confident he will, and I will share how our meeting goes.
